We cannot say enough good things about Dr. Marian and her wonderful assistant, Jenna. They take absolutely exceptional care of our dog, Goose, and we feel so lucky to have them as our veterinary team. Dr. Marian is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate—she always takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure Goose is comfortable and well cared for. Jenna is equally amazing: kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in Goose’s well-being. They have supported us through multiple illnesses, including Goose’s rhinitis, and guided us every step of the way with thoughtful, thorough care. Dr. Marian has also been incredibly helpful in recommending and prescribing medications to keep Goose comfortable and calm during his annual airplane ride home, which has been such a relief for us. Together, they create a calm, reassuring experience, and we trust them completely with Goose’s health. Goose always receives top-notch care, and we couldn’t recommend Dr. Marian and Jenna more highly.

This is actually Wendy Pollinger. I have been using Shuler Veterinary since first coming to IOP in 2016. They have helped me with 3 dogs wellness needs, illnesses and end of life. Every doctor in the practice is so highly skilled with a passionate compassion for animals. And every vet technician and front office staff do everything to meet all of your pets needs. I have had dogs all of my life. This veterinary practice is second to none.

We have two Australia Shepherd minis (which aren’t so mini). They love Dr Marian and team!! All the women there are amazing. They great and love on dogs when arrive, give you estimates on services before rendering and follow up afterwards to check in on your pet. Our dog Remmy broke both his ACLs and needed therapy afterwards. Here is a picture they sent during heat therapy and acupuncture. If he isn’t happy let me know! He is doing great now! 💯 recommend!

I highly recommend Dr. Marian Schuler and Jenna! The entire team is professional and friendly. Their attention to detail helped correct a dental problem with my puppy and now she’s chasing her ball again. I’m grateful for their exceptional care!

Everyone their very friendly, polite and very professional. Marion was great as normal, take time to explain everything. However I was very disappointed when asked for my driver license, was told the bank requirement, which I don’t believe. I have been a customer for over 10 years and think it’s an insult to ask to see my driver license. I have known Marion for years. Went to church with her and her dad a deer friend. Yes , I was upset and still don’t understand. Feel like I am a loyal customer and was being treated like a stranger. But

Our sweet Toby was treated with the utmost care and respect from the moment we walked in the door of the clinic to the point when we departed. I would like to offer a special thanks to Jenna who won Toby over with her calming and compassionate presence and for Dr. Marian's expertise in helping us navigate a chronic condition. We never feel rushed when bringing our kitties in for diagnostic services or treatment and we always feel as if we have been listened to and our concerns addressed.

Staff and Vets are accommodating, anticipate needs, are compassionate and very thorough in answering questions and explaining things. Always offered options on care and never feel as though they are trying to "sell" us on something. Highly recommend.
