I appreciate the ability to combine Eastern and Western treatment options for my dogs. Dr Decker and her team have done wonders for my dogs who are competitive sports dogs and who also have skin issues. Her ability to treat all their needs by using Eastern techniques to bridge the gap with Western medicine has been greatly appreciated.

Came in to the office feeling hopeless with my dogs anxiety issues and seeking a second opinion. The staff was truly caring and compassionate for my situation. During the consult the doctor made me feel like I had options and that a plan was put in place for my pup and me. I can't say thanks enough to the staff for being so compassionate. My problems weren't solved on the spot but knowing the team has a plan in place has been a sigh of relief vs my first opinion having no compassion or plan for my pup. Im sing your praises, you all are an amazing team. Especially when my other dog passed a few years ago every detail was comforting and the staff did an amazing job on helping with making sure her memory will never be forgotten with her pawprints and nose prints. She was with me for 19 years and the staff couldn't have been better in this moment. My hat goes off to the whole staff there. I would give a rating higher than a ten on the staff here!!!!! The team at Park West Vet has been wonderful in handling our routine visits for our dog for ten years. It isn't until you have an emergency that you truly have the opportunity to see what this team is made of. No one wants to hear the word, tumor. The entire team at PWV acted with such grace and knowledge that I felt no matter the journey - our dog was in great hands. They were empathetic, professional, answered every single question, and were terrific in handling our anxious pup with kid gloves. Follow up was amazing. We are so thankful to have trusted PWV early on with our pet care, which has now proven to be the best choice for our family.

Dr. Mauer is the best vet I've ever worked with. She is so attentive, has never made us feel rushed, always answers our questions, and even follows up with us to make sure things are going ok after an appointment. I'd recommend her to anyone who asks.

This facility was clean, well run and everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. Dr. Decker listened to all of my concerns and took her time in getting to know our pet. I also appreciate that she is well versed in Eastern Medicine and will make recommendations in that direction when traditional methods either fail or aren't desirable. Overall, great job!

We were very happy with the doctor's treatment of our dog Ciri for a swollen tail. She and the technicians were so nice. We were also able to get her bordatella vaccine while we were there so it worked out very well. The doctor's explanation was thorough which we appreciated and the price was reasonable.

I brought my geriatric pup to see Dr. Decker following a history of strokes, and I cannot say enough about the level of care he received. Dr. Decker took a truly integrative approach, combining acupuncture, therapeutic laser, range of motion work, a B-12 injection, and a prescription for Concentrated Body Sore. As a veterinary technician with over a decade of experience, I have high standards and a lot of questions, and Dr. Decker met both without hesitation. What stood out most was that this wasn't a one-size-fits-all visit. The treatment plan was thoughtful, tailored specifically to where Finley is in his recovery, and grounded in both western and eastern medicine principles working together. Finley is already showing meaningful improvement, which is everything to me. The clinic also took the time to assess for Fear Free methods with him and implemented our requests. If you have a senior pet, a pet recovering from a neurological event, or simply want a provider who looks at the whole animal rather than just the diagnosis, I highly recommend Dr. Decker and the team at Park West.
