My dogs have always gotten fantastic care here and the staff is very sweet. My dogs are both anxious about going to the vet and everyone goes out of their way to be kind to them. Both Drs take the time to explain treatment plans and are very reasonable about what they recommend. I've been to vets that were owned by large cops and this definitely isn't that, I really think they have my pets best interests at heart when I bring them in and trust their recommendations.

We started coming here last year for our dog and two cats. The team is super friendly and you can tell they really care about the animals and making sure that they feel comfortable too. Very clean and modern patient rooms!

I made an appointment for my yorkie puppy, Lemon, after he injured his cornea while playing. Dr. Marzan was amazing. She thoroughly explained everything and even informed me of what could happen if the treatment doesn't work, so that i know what to look out for. Luckily, with the medication prescribed, his eye was totally fine after 8 days. Although Lemon did not like the vet visit, Dr Marzan and the vet tech were gentle and patient with him, making it a low stress experience for him. I had a much better experience here than when I've taken my other dogs to other vets in the area. I was able to make a next day appointment and pricing was reasonable for the level of care and location. Highly recommend bringing your pets here

Shoreline Pet Hospital will be my new go to for excellent pet care! This was my first visit to Shoreline Pet Hospital. The location, both inside and out, is great. Lots of parking in a small strip mall on Rengstorff in Mountain View. I brought in our 3 year old cat Buster, because he was showing aggression toward our recently adopted rescue cat. The staff is warm and welcoming, listened carefully and recommended options without any upselling. In fact, the vet made clear that I could decline any option without pushback. I went with a couple of things they offered, and declined a couple of others. No pressure, and no mandatory blood work, as some other vets require. The clinic itself is very clean and modern. The vet tech even offered Buster some treats! He was too nervous to eat them while there, but gobbled them up once we got home! So glad I found this place! Oh, and they have Saturday appointments, which was what we did. They saw us promptly once we arrived as well.

You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. The veterinarian took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my options, which meant a lot during a stressful situation. Ella had her ear treated, along with a few other things she needed, and I felt confident the entire time that she was in good hands. They handled her gently and professionally, and I could tell they were focused on her comfort and well-being. Even though vet visits can be expensive, I truly felt like the quality of care and attention we received was worth it. It gave me peace of mind knowing Ella was being taken care of by a knowledgeable and compassionate team. I highly recommend Shoreline Pet Hospital to anyone looking for a vet that truly cares about their pets.
