I would like to thank the entire MetVet team for taking such great care of Homero, especially the doctor who performed his surgery (I’m so sorry I don’t remember her name), Gaby, Estefany, and everyone who was behind the scenes caring for my dog. The attention was excellent, and I truly appreciate all the patience, dedication, and love you show when caring for the dogs. Thank you for everything you do.

Our dog needed to be seen for a bite on a public holiday. The facility is clean and welcoming, parking is easy. We waited for about 5 mins for triage, then another 20 mins for her to be taken back to see the vet. We had a meeting with the vet shortly after and our dog was kept to have sutures under sedation. The whole process took about three hours. Communication was good. I had confidence in our experience. In retrospect, I would have liked better advice on what to use to stop her scratching at the sutures as she was unable to wear a cone (due to location of wound). The stockinette sleeve provided didn’t work and actually rubbed some of her fur off. I consulted our regular vet and was able to get a soft collar two days later. That’s my only caveat. I would go to this emergency provider again.

We took our pup in because the dood ate through a toy and swallowed gooey plastic. He was pukiing and seemed to be a bit distressed for an entire day. For peace of mind, we took him to MedVet for what we thought was an "emergency" … hey, gotta make sure, right? Dr. Meera Ramesh is an absolute gem! She is so patient and gentle with our pup. What we appreciate as well, is her honesty— not forcing unnecessary tests and still providing positive results. The staff is also thoughtful and super nice. Thank you Dr Meera for your amazing support!!

Had to go here late night with my dog rhat gor sand impaction from ingesting it at the beach earlier that day. Everyone was very helpful and they were transparent about payment and overestimated the stay actually so we got a fair amount reimbursed! Staff was friendly and very kind!

After our dog, Benji, had a traumatic injury, the MedVet team was wonderful from the second we walked through the door. From taking time to explain options in detail, answering questions between visits, the skilled care, and even decorating his bandages at weekly visits so he looks snazzy during recovery. We hope Benji never needs care at this level ever again, but MedVet made the experience so much better than it could have been.

We took our recent rescue with ataxia into medvet. The staff was kind and competent from the very beginning. We called ahead and were sent intake forms online so our pet could be seen right away. The staff was incredibly kind with our very very anxious dog. We left a dog who was scared of everything and swaying. We picked up our sweet, bright eyed, energetic girl! We can’t thank medvet enough for how they treated our sick dog. Thank you!

MedVet is an amazing set of Dr.'s and help every time I have had to bring I'm my senior dog. Very attentive, response time is quick and informative. I have a regular vet but during off hours it's a great sense of relief for me to know that they are open for emergencies.
