I cannot stress enough how amazing every single person who works at this clinic is. From the front desk staff to the vet techs to the vets themselves (and anyone else behind the scenes I’m missing). Dr Perez has been helping me navigate some health issues for my elderly dog and she has been so patient with me and actually takes the time to listen to and answer all the questions I have (and I usually have many). We’ve worked with Dr Harris as well and he is just as kind, patient and knowledgeable! Truly, every single person at this clinic is an angel. I would hiiiighly recommend Morton Grove Animal Hospital to anyone with pets. The care has been nothing but exceptional and Red and I both thank everyone there from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

I’ve taken my dog here a couple of times. A little pricy but within normal range given the area. Gorgeous facility and I truly felt like the staff cared for my pet. I would recommend.

My 14yo yorkie comes here every few months for the last few years an allergy shot. Prices are slowly creeping up, but still fairly priced compared to other locations. He’s been recently diagnosed with a bunch of age related diseases, and his medications are all fairly priced and affordable as well. Vets and all staff are all very kind and caring. Place is kept clean.

I can’t say enough great things about this veterinary office. Every single visit, they’re right on time and incredibly organized — it’s clear they respect both your time and your pet’s needs. The entire staff truly cares; you can feel it the moment you walk in. They’re compassionate, supportive, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Each of the vets is attentive and thorough, treating my pet as if they were their own. It’s rare to find a team that’s this professional, kind, and genuinely dedicated. I’m so grateful for the level of care they provide every single time

Took a friend's a rabbit here for euthanasia while they were out of the country. I was leery about their experience with rabbits when a few years back she told me they gave her rabbit a "flea dip" for mites instead of using Revolution. The vet performed an intraperitoneal injection for euthanasia saying, "This is the way we do it here." There was no anesthesia administered before the injection into the middle of his stomach, which research tells me is standard procedure. The vet left the room and left me with him while he was bug-eyed and staring at me for 10 minutes as I tried to comfort him. She came in about 10 minutes later and said his heart was still beating. I left traumatized and bawling. I've had lots of elderly pets euthanized over the years and have never had an experience like this. I told his bun mom that he passed peacefully. He did NOT. And I cannot shake the image seared in my mind of his panic stricken eyes. The thought still makes me want to cry.

Please stay away from this hospital. I trusted them with my dog’s life, and that trust was shattered. I brought my little one here multiple times. Every visit felt the same, they clearly knew something was wrong, yet instead of properly addressing it, they kept telling me to come back again and again, each time charging around $300-$400 for what amounted to a ten-minute visit. It felt like profit mattered more than care. On our final visit, their instructions and treatment cost my dog her life. After following what they told me to give her, my dog had a heart attack and passed away. I lost my best friend because of their negligence. I later spoke with a retired family doctor and surgeon with over 45 years of experience. When he reviewed what my dog had been given, he was shocked and said it was far too strong for a small dog, completely inappropriate. This hospital did not just fail my pet; they caused her death!!!!! I will live with this pain forever, and I will always blame myself for trusting people who were supposed to protect her. Please, if you love your pets, be cautious here. If something feels off, listen to your instincts and get a second opinion immediately. Goodbye, my sweet girl. I am so sorry I couldn’t protect you from these incompetent people. I will always miss you.

Their team cares. They always worked around my difficult schedule to help me get in when needed, and they took good care of me and my boy. One of the hardest days of my life was made just a little bit lighter by their kindness. Major shoutout to Annette - she is a special, special person and brings the kind of light into the room that you don’t just find in people every day. Everybody here is genuine, and cares for you & your pet. My sweet Oliver’s big sister will have all of her vet needs taken care of at Morton Grove Animal Hospital in the future.
