Very welcoming. Everyone was friendly and informative. I felt we got their total attention and our dog was well treated. Overall a good experience in a stressful situation. Everyone made us feel that our pet was their top priority. Having an urgent care situation is never good, but knowing we have access to quality veterinary care 24/7 is reassuring. Thank you for being there to help our girl.

Great staff, communicative and helpful in every interaction. We had a pet emergency on a Sunday, our regular vet was closed. We chose Sentinel because of their location and access, but left with the plan to switch providers. Great communication, incredible staff put us at ease during a pet emergency, followup support and long term care for the WIN. Thank you!

The facility is very clean and well-maintained. The Employees were very friendly and took great care of my pet. I have many pets and on Friday I could not get to my regular vet to get my prescription filled. I needed my dog to be seen by a vet for an exam in order to get a prescription. Sentinel had the cheapest prices. So we chose them, even though we had never been before. They took excellent care of us. Dr. Fumia was amazing.

Outstanding support at the front desk. The surgeon provided detailed descriptions of the surgery to be performed. The surgeon took care to identify the anticipated cost of the surgery. Although the initial expectation was for going home on same day the surgeon strongly advised keeping him overnight as additional cancer sites were discovered requiring more extensive surgery than initially expected. Overall the care provided was outstanding. Clear instructions were provided for post surgery care at home, and communications were promptly addressed. This was my first experience with Sentinel and very happy that my dog was treated there. Hopefully, all cancerous was removed. That said I will most definitely bring him back in the event he needs additional surgery. Care, communications, and providing all information in a caring and professional manner.

Took our small rescue dog in with a broken leg this last Saturday night. Since her lower leg was floppy around we knew it was broken. They took 2 x-rays and said we'll, her leg is broke. Well $907.00 dollars later we take her home in a splint and let them know we will follow up with out regular vet. Imagine our and our vets surprise when we got in 5 days later and take an x-ray to check it. They splinter the break but never set the bone. Not sure if they were in a hurry or just negligent.

I had to bring my pet in for an emergency, and the care we received was just incredible. Everyone was so calm and professional during a really stressful time, which meant the world to me. They kept me updated on everything happening, and I felt so confident knowing my pet was in such good hands. It is such a relief to know this place is available when you need it most, and I am so grateful for the kindness they showed us at Sentinel Veterinary Specialists and Emergency

I drove an hour from Hamilton to get my kitty seen after a neurological episode. Every layer of the clinic was so kind and efficient and really put my mind at ease when I was very stressed! The receptionist was so thoughtful and all the techs and the assistant who came into the room deeply cared about us and it was obvious. The doctor I saw was very thorough, explained everything, and made sure my kitty was comfortable in the room. Very clean and quiet facility and the walk-in 24 hours is amazing. They are also transparent about prices and wait times! (Remember. If you are waiting in an ER, that’s a good thing!) This clinic was worth the drive for the peace of mind. They will be my first choice in any pet emergency and I will recommend to anyone! Dillon and I thank you!
