Kenwood Pet Clinic

Kenwood has long been our primary resource for veterinary care and we are always happy with the standard of care and the kindness our pets are treated to. Something I really also value, though, is how willing and quick Kenwood vets are to be part of a more integrated approach to a problem involving specialists or urgent care external to the clinic. They are always interested in and invested in the best outcome for our pets and that is deeply appreciated. On this occasion, they gently guided our Greyhound mix through x-rays for an upcoming visit to a rehab clinic and affirmed the preliminary injury diagnosis given by an Urgent Care vet. I value my relationship with all of the vets and staff at Kenwood.

Brought my dog here for his first visit for an annual check up because we moved into the neighborhood. We had a great experience and everyone at the clinic was friendly, attentive, knowledgeable, and my pet did great with them! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new vet clinic.

Kenwood Pet Clinic is by far the best vet I’ve experienced. A few years ago I had a cat get out of a window for the first time and went missing for 3 months. One day I got a call from them, Morgan I believe, informing me that one of their techs found my cat on her way into work and picked her up to bring her in for treatment. Unfortunately, she was found after a severe injury and did end up passing. Even though the outcome wasn’t what we wanted, the customer service and level of empathy helped me get through. The gentleness and compassion they had for my cat and myself, I knew they truly cared and she was in the most capable hands. I believe the vet was Dr. Vance, and she was incredible. I will forever be grateful to this place and their staff! When I reflect on the situation, it’s been healing to remember how kind you treated us. When I decide to get another pet friend, this will be the only place I trust. I’ve recommended you to anyone who’s asked and will continue to do so. I wish I would have made this review earlier, but it was a difficult situation to think about for awhile. I wish there was something more I could do to show my gratitude to you all! Our dog, Roscoe, had a recurring ear infection that continued to bother him after we moved to Minneapolis. Our new apartment smelled like a microbrewery. A canine ear infection is unmistakable. Kenwood was the closest Vet and could get us in the soonest. The people were lovely, the space clean, and the doctor efficient. She explained everything in detail. Prices were cheaper than what we paid in Milwaukee. Go figure!

Finally, a small, loving community that actually answers their phone. All of our pets have gone through Kenwood Pet Clinic. We have been going here for years, I believe since 2008, and we are still always impressed with the love and care they give it to us at each appointment. The staff are great and we love the Schulman family.

We have taken our pets to Kenwood Pet Clinic for more than 10 years. They are always wonderful and caring! From yearly check-ups and vaccinations to bowel obstruction surgery, they are great at explaining our options and caring. Would highly recommend!

So grateful for Kenwood. Not many vets know Rabbits, but Dr. Mckinnen has been amazing and knows so much and helped us through many difficult moments with multiple pet bunnies. So grateful for her kindness and care.
