Our vet clinic had a full schefule and was unable to see our dog who had been vomitting & had diarrhea. Your clinic had time to see him that same day and provided great care. The follow-up calls were very much appreciated, too.

The entire staff was not only professional but extremely caring. I cannot recommend them highly enough! My Josephine and I will be fans for life.

The staff was really great. This is the first time I've experienced a pet emergency so I am grateful for their kindness. I really appreciated the vet going over all the possibilities that could be causing my cats issues. I also appreciate that rhey went over costs of the tests with me before hand.

So happy that I found this clinic. It's the best vet we have ever experienced! We have a pack, usually 3-4 dogs. We adopt dogs with special needs. We were treated as though we had gone there forever, even though we were new to the clinic. Dr. LaSart was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. She gave us information that woukd have been helpful yrs. ago! I couldn't be more satisfied with the care. She called the next day to check in and we received calls wach day after. The prices are extremely reasonable. I can't say enough about this clinic and especially Dr. LaSart. We look forward to a long relationship. Our extremely nervous dog even felt comfortable!

I’ve been bringing my pup to France Avenue Pet Hospital for years — with the exception of a short time I lived out West — and things just aren’t the same since Dr. Jessica left. A few years ago, my pup had a UTI while I was between jobs, and Dr. Jessica showed genuine compassion by prescribing medication and allowing me to pay once I had the funds (which I did within a week). Recently, my dog had the same symptoms, and while I was quoted fair prices for an exam and urine test, I wasn’t able to bring her in right away. I asked if there were alternatives, and I was told to try a cranberry supplement — but if that didn’t work, I’d need to schedule a visit. Thankfully, after doing my own research, I found a liquid treatment elsewhere and my pup is doing great now. What disappoints me most is the lack of follow-up or concern from the clinic. Dr. Jessica always checked in to make sure my dog was okay. That personal touch and genuine care seem to be gone. Sadly, it’s time for me to find another clinic that truly values their patients and the people who love them. ****************************************************************** Update (Nov 2025): On 10/17/25 France Ave Pet Hospital performed my dog's rabies vaccination along with a "routine exam" and said nothing was wrong; on 11/03/25 another clinic diagnosed visible cataracts. I’ve filed a formal complaint with the Minnesota Board of Veterinary Medicine for missed diagnosis and record-keeping concerns. After all these years, I thought my pup was in good hands and with a clinic that cared. I am livid that I trusted this clinic!
