Our cats have been seen here for over 15 years. All the staff are excellent. Amazing care. Outstanding support outside of appointments. Urgent/emergency care whenever possible. Great recommendations when not. Genuine caring for our animals. Highly recommend.
I first came to Best Friends about 6 months ago to put my dog Xenio down. Which they were nothing but accommodating, kind and very compassionate about what they do. Then a couple weeks ago I brought one of my other dogs Klein in for a second opinion on what has been making him sick since September. They were very determined to help figure out what was wrong. We didn't get the chance to complete his workup before he passed. So when they found out they were very sympathetic for what I had gone through once again. I couldn't thank them enough for being there through both my rainbow dogs.
I was so happy with the visit for my cat Luna. Seeing that it is a cat friendly place made me feel at ease. Before Luna had her visit here she went to another vet and we got no answer as to what kind of injury she had. We walked out with answers and to hear the words "She will be okay" had me in tears. Everyone here is so friendly and kind. I am greatly appreciated of everyone. You guys are so wonderful!
I am so grateful for this clinic! I had adopted a 3 month old puppy right before a snow storm. She was terribly ill and even though we weren't clients and they didn't have any openings, they squeezed us in so we could start treatment and get through the storm without worry. I truly believe my pup is thriving because of their intervention.
We love Best Friends! They have now supported us through the loss of our elderly dog and the addition of our little puppy. We are thankful for the kind, intentional care they provide at a reasonable cost!
Dr. Gatto & the team at Best Friends always take the best care of our fur baby and are so responsive to our messages when we’re wondering whether we need to come into the clinic or not. Highly recommend this place for all your pet care!
Everyone we dealt with was so kind. They answered all our questions, and we never felt rushed. They sat on the floor with our Lady, and it was easy to see that she felt very comfortable with them. Glad we made the switch to Best Friends.
