The location is excellent. The staff was very personable and attentive, particularly Megan. She was very caring, sympathetic, and took great care of my cat. I called in for a same-day appointment, which went well. They were punctual and knew my name when I arrived. The service at this clinic is noticeably different from PetSmart. I would recommend visiting here before visiting the other location. The doctor was very understanding and knowledgeable. He confirmed my bias and, after telling him how I was treating my pet, he ensured I took the correct precautions and also gave me extra info and med options. Definitely coming back and to have my other cats checked up and will recommend to all my friends and family. This place is genuinely committed. Thank you for your care. Ps, it's less expensive than PetSmart routine check up.

I personally had an amazing experience with Dr Saini and his expertise in ear cropping. We wanted a subtle look and that’s exactly what we got if not better than expected. Recovery was quick and smooth. Thank you Dr. Saini and his staff for the outstanding care to our big boy Bo.

Love the attention and care my dog gets here . My senior dog boards with them and the staff sends me his updates / pictures every other day . I Recommend them highly

I have been bringing my pets here for years. The staff and especially Dr. Siani have always treated me great. Dr. does a great job of explaining things. P.s. he has seen me cry multiple times and it's never been awkward.

It was a bad experience overall. They didn't treat my dog well and didn't know how to handle a dog. I end up giving him the vaccine because the vet didn't know how to handle the dog either. On top of that, they charged over $75 for examination which I didn't ask for, nor did they told me that was going to be there. And the examination was taking his weight and using stethoscope. What a scam!!!

Dr.Saini and his staff were great with my pet. They were thorough and connected with us often until we found a good solution for our pet dog. I am happy that they are even expanding the clinic to facilitate more services for pets.

THIS VET IS A SCAMM! My dog has been going to this vet for a while, and every time the vet would take advantage of us and always add additional charges for things like flea,tick, heartworm prevention (which no other vet usually ever forces us to add on). We always went to him when we were in a pinch . They kept doing bloodwork for my dog and told us he was healthy the whole time, but when we had taken him to ER they said he has a very aggressive form of bone cancer and it had already spread to his lungs and it was too late. He had been suffering for much longer than we even knew. I suggest going anywhere else but here. If I could put 0 stars I would
