I cannot say enough good things about East Valley Urgent Pet Care and their exceptional care for my dog, Samantha. From the moment we arrived, the team went above and beyond to ensure her comfort and recovery during a surgery to remove a mass on her paw. Dr. Asadorian, Dr. Usiak, Jessica, Reymie, and Bri were incredibly kind, patient, and professional throughout the entire process. Their expertise and compassion made a stressful situation so much easier to navigate. The staff was easily accessible, answering all my questions promptly and thoroughly. The service was fast without ever feeling rushed, and their attention to detail was remarkable. They even sent us home with everything we needed, including food for Samantha’s first post-op day, which showed their thoughtfulness and commitment to her recovery. They called the day after surgery to check on her. They provide everything you could ask for. This team sincerely cares about their patients! Samantha is doing wonderfully now, and I’m so grateful for the outstanding care she received. This team truly cares about their patients and their families. Absolutely love this veterinarian!! Not only were they extremely affordable, the got my poor Lola, who was covered in cactus taken care of in the bestest fastest way possible!! The whole staff was super friendly amd sweet and loving towards my puppy. Dr. Kulkarni. The technicians, Hayley, Marine, Xochitl. The assistant, Reymie. And the receptionist, Elani. We walked in thinking Fenway just wasn't feeling well. We left with news no pet parent ever wants to hear. They found a splenic mass. What I will say is this: the team was incredible. Dr. Usiak, Paige, Melissa, and Stacey were calm, knowledgeable, compassionate, and completely transparent about what was happening and what our options were. They never rushed us. And everyone we've interacted with, that night and in the days since, has brought that same warmth and care. In one of the hardest moments we've had as pet owners, we felt heard, informed, and genuinely cared for. If your pet needs urgent care, this is where you want to go. First time here and impression was really awesome! Took our cat in for nails to trim and look at a sore near her ear. Great staff at front desk, tech Christina was great! Explained each meds needed, the diagnosis etc..And even the doctor stopped by to ask how my day was going. Where else do you get wonderful service. Bring your pet here- highly recommended A+++++

We had an excellent experience with East Valley Urgent Pet Care during a very stressful time. Our cat required emergency surgery, and from the moment we arrived, Bekah, Dr. Kulkarni, and the entire team provided outstanding care and attention. Communication was exceptional throughout the process. We were consistently kept informed, everything was explained clearly, and the timelines and next steps were laid out in detail ahead of time, which gave us a lot of reassurance. Most importantly, our cat received all the treatment and care he needed and is now on the mend. We were referred here and drove all the way from North Scottsdale for their care, and it was absolutely worth it. We are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, compassion, and expertise shown to our cat and to us. Everyone at EV Urgent Care was amazing. My dog, Lincoln, had gotten into a bottle of Aleve and wasn’t doing well. The staff were attentive, kind, and extremely helpful. Lincoln ended up needing to be transferred to an emergency vet, due to needing an overnight stay. The staff made calls and gave us options to pick from with estimated price ranges. Luckily, I can say Lincoln is doing well and back to his normal self thanks to EV Urgent care and EVE Pet Hospital. Thank you all for keeping us as calm as possible and for showing genuine care!

Thank you for your kindness when we brought in our Goldendoodle for an emergency. You all were so kind and compassionate and handled the payment and conversation of services very graciously.
