Wonderful clinic and people. Donnie my yellow lab was well taken care of, staff was all very friendly and good with him. His name was written on a welcome sign when I walked into the waiting room, the vet tech was friendly and the doctor was great as well. Highly recommend this clinic!

Our entire experience was of the charts! From ease and availability of having an appointment online to filling out new patient forms on my phone it was wonderful! Then the clinic staff including front desk staff, vet assistant, and Dr. Yamada were amazing! We were visiting from Chicago and our dog developed a severe cough. Dr. Yamada explained everything clearly and thoroughly. She allowed enough time for questions and was so loving towards our Cocoa! We are eternally grateful to each and every person that cared for us as well as our fur baby. We are in Arizona for several months a couple times a year. And, wouldn't hesitate to use Augusta Ranch in the future.

Found a local vet that was everything we needed. Loved the Doc that we had and she moved on. Now we use Dr Scott. She has been nothing but exemplary in every way. We had to discuss end of life options or agressive treatment plan. She laid it all out for us to make a decision. Each path she gave such compassionate thoughts to help. End result was quality of life. Rather than helping us spend lots of money for exhaustive tests she was honest and said your making the right decision. They gave us time to discuss in private and explained in detail before no after what would take place. The cost for these services honestly was less than expected. Having put a dog down 2.5 years earlier AT ANOTHER PLACE FOR OVER $2K I was in shock. When Cheyenne presented the opinions to us I was not so disturbed. She as well gave our Piper beyond amazing treatment way above the others. Grateful to say that we lost our friend but we were coached into the best decision. Thank you all who were part of the choices and compassionate care.

My senior cat developed severe stomach issues and Christmas Eve day. I’ve been going to Augusta Ranch for over 15 years with my animals. I have always had excellent service. I was told there were no available appointments that day, but was provided locations to go to get my cat checked out. Within an hour, Augusta Ranch called me and had a cancellation. I was able to get in right away with my cat, and within 90 minutes we had a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Dr. Dorothy De Dios-Miner, Ashley, Tanyse, and Cassie, were the heroes of the day. They have such compassion for both my pet and myself. I even got a follow up call to check the status of my cat. Leo is doing better in the two days of being seen by Augusta Ranch Hospital and the most amazing staff.

Outstanding service start to Finish. We started here three years ago. They have always shown compassion and care above others. I tried another while having them it was more expensive and not as thorough. The Dr we saw in the group moved on that’s too far for me. We started with Dr Scott lat year and she’s been terrific. She has a newer younger approach of looking at the facts and truth. We feel confident every time we need their support.

To the magnificent Dr. Scott, Cassie and all staff at Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital, 15 years ago we would get our very first family pets Dexter and Molly, little did we know how much they would soon become the very heart of our home. Sharing with us and the kids (now adults), so many wonderful life moments. In addition to sharing difficult life moments, specifically getting their mama through many family deaths and illnesses of her own. They loved us unconditionally and we showered them with the same love in return. In Dexter and Molly‘s final years and old age, the staff at Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital became an extension of our family. They ALL treated us ALL with so much genuine kindness, care, and love. For over eight years, we had monthly appointments for life-saving monthly shots for our Dexters Addisons Disease and many visits for Mollys 4 years with heart failure. The 10+ star medical care they received routinely at each and every visit, is surely what kept them thriving with us as long as they did. But sadly after years of illness, when the days both came a few months apart, we had to come to terms with the progression, pain and prognosis. Choosing a kindness of letting them rest in peace a few months apart was the most agonizing experience we’ve had. However, in those final moments, our family was surrounded by familiar, comforting faces and love of our Augusta Ranch Animal Hospital family. There are no words to adequately describe how grateful our family is to have had you all care for our Dexter and Molly for so many years. We even realized we miss seeing you all as well, because you were such a constant presence in our lives. A million thanks for all of your hard work and dedication. If and when the day comes, our grief, subsides enough to welcome another fur angel into our home, we know exactly where we’ll go for our veterinarian care.
