This place was a heaven send. Everything about our trip was fabulous. Its hard going to the vet when your babies are ill. It's bad enough. But when you are received, welcomed, heard, AND given knowledge with great care/services.....what more can you ask for. Thank you Northgate for an exceptional experience caring for Zora.

The best place ever! My Libby, out of nowhere, was diagnosed with heart disease. Dr Gullett and her team put up with me calling 4 times a day and when I decided she needed to be let go, they were all so understanding and made an awful experience bearable.

Great team of people that really care about your pets. Service was amazing, they even cut my dog’s hair to help me avoid seeking grooming elsewhere. The annual shots were a breeze. No complications at all and my dog looks great. See you guys next year thank you so much for helping my dog get the shots that were needed and making her look goooooood!

I have been taking my pets to this vet since 2021. I an very satisfied with my dogs care. They also dog sit for 19 dollars a night.

The people at Northgate are some of the nicest and most considerate animal people I’ve ever met. Always answer the phone super quick, even when they’re busy they’re always quick to check up on you, make sure you’re checked in, listen to all your concerns. One of the techs even bought me sweet baby out a bowl of water when we were waiting to be seen. They’re still doing curbside so we stood outside of our car. My girl loves everyone here. So worth the 30 minute drive every time.

They have cared for our animals for years. Very professional and effective.

Absolutely recommend this place. I have dogs and then I foster as well. Since moving to Memphis, I have not been 100% satisfied with the vets I’ve been to, so I’ve been looking. One of my foster dogs (failed foster, I decided to keep her) had previously been to this vet, so when she got sick, I decided to bring her back there. They got me in with no appointment and did everything they needed to make sure she was good. The vet was so kind and answered all my questions and did a thorough exam and gave me honest recommendations on tests that she didn’t feel would need to be ran on my dog. Outstanding bedside manner along with the rest of the staff I encountered! I was so impressed and happy with this place that I already booked an appointment for next week to bring my two dogs in and my mom’s two dogs as well. I love my dogs so much so I feel great knowing I can trust this vet to do the right thing by them! So thank you to the entire team!!! Also, very affordable prices. Had the pet insurance thru banfield and had a similar visit there with one of my dogs (just a lot less tests ran compared to the amount of tests I got here at Northgate) and my total was no where near the price I paid there.
