The Pet Hospitals

Took my puppy to his first vet appointment here and was very happy with our visit! All of the staff were very friendly and attentive, they held him and gave him a tour while I filled out his paperwork, and their love/compassion for him was very evident making a first time pet owner very comfortable. The price seemed very fair and Dr. Washington went above and beyond snuggling him the whole visit and helping make his first experience at the vet a very positive one. They answered all my questions, listened to all my concerns, and addressed his health holistically. We were very happy with our visit and can't wait to take him back!

Our dog, Josie, came down with a sudden illness, when we took her to The Pet Hospitals Downtown location. Dr. Haddock stopped at nothing to find the problem and solution to her illness. Once she found that Josie had pancreatitis, she took her time to explain what was wrong with her, the treatment plan to get her better, and showed great patience with all of our questions. We had to do a 3 day IV treatment, so we had the pleasure of interacting with Dr. Washington and Dr. Rucker, who handled Josie with care and gave me confidence that she was getting better. Around noon on day 2 of treatment, Josie’s personality started coming back, and she was eating again. On day 3, she was acting like she was never sick and playing her with brother, Rip. All of that to say all three of these doctors will take care of your pet loved ones. We are forever thankful for this group and their staff.

I usually take my dog to the Germantown location but have moved and this one is closer. I also recently got a cat and have brought her here and had a great experience! They both have seen Dr. Haddock downtown and both times have been a great experience! She explained things well and answered any questions I had, and was so sweet to both my babies!

Love the Downtown location. The entire team from the front desk, to the techs, and the vets not only treat my sweet pup with the most care and consideration, they are also very friendly, flexible, and helpful to their human clients as well. I’ve always felt they go above and beyond to make sure that everyone coming into the facility is comfortable and well-informed. Most recently, it was poring down rain when we left and one of the team members walked me and the dog to our car with an umbrella, just one small example of their willingness to go above and beyond. Oh and their prices are also very fair- always a plus!

I wish I could give more stars. The staff is very friendly and very fast. They treat my cat with so much loving care!

We have seen all three vets and all three were fantastic. Dr. Washington has seen our 10 yo Golden Retriever the most over the past few years. Diagnosed a vision issue that was concerning and sent us to veterinary specialist. Cooper is doing great!

I drive past so many other vets to get to this place. I’ve brought my cat Ninja here for the past couple of years. He’s loved it (as much as a cat can possibly love going to the vet). They are always so kind and gentle with him, and it’s evident in the way that he responses to their techs and doctors. They have always gone out of their way to go above and beyond for us. Ninja had some complications after a surgery a few months ago, and they fought for him! They made sure he was back to feeling like himself, and they called multiple times to check up on him. My cat actually passed recently after an emergency medical event and was treated after hours at another place. I wish I could have brought him here! I know they would have responded quickly and appropriately to solve whatever issues he was having. I believe he would still be alive if I had brought him to Dr. Haddock. When I called to let the Pet Hospital know about his passing, and they were so kind and supportive. Dr. Haddock even sent us a handwritten card in the mail. I will forever take all of my pets to the Pet Hospital. RIP Ninja
