The entire staff was incredibly kind and knowledgeable, as well as patient. They were loving to my dog, they worked with me on the best treatment for his allergic reaction well, also keeping a doable price in mind. I came in with a fairly tight budget, and they really worked with me on finding the best treatment for the best price, well also being very open and honest about each treatment plan and the benefit benefits and drawbacks that they had. As far as the facility goes, it was clean, cheerful and cute, and they had two adorable reptiles in the lobby that you could visit with! They also had free bowties and bandannas that somebody on the staff makes for the pets that come in. I’ve been in Memphis for almost 10 years and I think that I have found the vet clinic that I’m going to call home. I’m so thankful that I found them. Hatch is a huge fan! His skin around his eyes is already looking so much better 24 hours later!

This was Max's first visit, and he had a large time! The word got around that an adorable Basset Hound puppy was in the waiting area. Dr. Barnes took care of my last 2 Basset Hounds, and I trust her decisions. I really appreciate how she calls me after a visit to ask how my dogs are doing.

I met this clinic during a very stressful international pet travel process, and they went far above and beyond anything I could have expected. They never made excuses, never gave up, and worked tirelessly to help us complete everything on time. The level of care, dedication, and professionalism was truly exceptional. I have lived in different places and honestly have never experienced this level of service from a veterinary clinic in the United States. I am incredibly grateful and recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for a veterinary team that genuinely cares about their patients and clients. Thank you for everything! ❤️🐾

The vet I’ve been seeing for the past 10 years just retired in November and I have a dog that has epilepsy so I needed to get him seen and get a new prescription going and I came in and saw Dr. Barns. She was wonderful took so much time with us and really looked at Chico’s condition. We appreciate it so much and they made us feel right at home.

Highest recommendation! Dr. Hall is the best vet I've had and the whole team at McGehee is excellent! I've got a kitty with a number of health needs and we've felt so supported every step of the way!

The staff here are amazingly kind and patient. I took our Sunny (parakeet budgie) in for an exam after loosing our other parakeet. Ski and Sunny lived together side by side for over a year. It was extremely devastating loosing her during an urgent care visit with another facility. I searched in prayer for Sunny to have a great and knowledgeable veterinarian. I called to inquire and Ms. Leah eased my anxiety through the phone and assured me that Dr. Hall was the best and was very knowledgeable with birds and exotic pets. This meant so much to me, because finding a veterinarian who truly knows birds has been rough. Upon entering the facility for our 1st visit ever, Sunny was greeted by name at check-in. A beautiful huge welcome board was in the exam room to welcome him with what staff would be treating him for that day. I was even invited to stay in with him the entire time. This made me overwhelmingly ecstatic especially, with how patient and gentle Dr. Hall and Amada was to my birdie. Trying to navigate after loosing Ski is hard, but they gave us a sense of hope for Sunny and we thank God for blessing us with our new veterinarian family. We'll be back with our bearded dragon soon. It was a very nice experience, The work place was so clean, and pet friendly and people also. The staff was great and the Doctor was cool.
