Berclair Animal Hospital PC

I am very disappointed with this clinic. I have been bringing my pets here for over 6 years, which is why this experience was so frustrating. English is not my first language. A staff member spoke Spanish to help me, which I appreciated, but Spanish is not my first language either. Because of this, I asked several times when I scheduled the appointment if I would be charged at this visit, and I was told no. When I arrived, I was informed that I would need to pay an additional $180 after already spending more than $320 just one week earlier. What upset me the most was the lack of clear communication. I left the previous visit believing everything necessary had already been addressed, and no one clearly explained additional costs or follow-up care. After being a loyal customer for many years, I felt frustrated, confused, and misled. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Somewhat disturbing that the clinic did not have the vaccinations on the day of the appointment. This resulted in me having to reschedule and come back at a later date. I was very happy with the doctor who saw my pet, Dr. Jeremy Woolard. He was caring and seemed very knowledgeable.

Dr. O took great care of our bunny. Not very many vets see animals other than cats and dogs, so we were happy to find her. Unfortunately, he needed an infected eye removed, but thankfully, she was able to get him scheduled for surgery the same day. It all went smoothly and he is recovering well. She called to check on him afterwards, even on a holiday weekend. My teenage daughter wants to be a veterinarian and Dr. O answered all her questions and gave her good advice about where to volunteer to prepare for her first job. The staff was all very professional and the office was clean and inviting. Highly recommend and we will be back for all our bunny needs.

We’ve had six dogs over the years and could not have been happier to have had Dr Snow and the rest taken care of them. In fact had to take one to the overnight emergency vet and they over medication him and he cried all the night and the next day, Monday when Berclar opened Dr Snow checked him out, took him off the medication and 6 hours later he was back to normal.4 of our fur babies.

I don't even know where to begin.... Today was the hardest day for our little family and we had to put our beloved 17 year old black lab down. This is the first time as a family we have had to deal with something like this. The absolute ANGELS that work at this place are the most gentle, caring, and loving staff I could of hoped for. They helped navigate this painful process with care. The nurse even gave our Jake a piece of her pizza from lunch so he had a proper last meal. My family and I are very appreciative of the whole staff and we will never go anywhere else to take care of our loved animals. I truly recommend Berclair Animal Hospital. I have taking my Baby for over 3 years and will continue to bring her here. Staff is so friendly and professional. Everything looks clean , and I love how easy it is to schedule an appointment.

Christina is an excellent dog groomer. She is talented and gentle. I am very pleased.
