I am very grateful for the kind way you treated my xat Cherokee. Also for getting me sheduled so fast. I love your App. It is super easy to navigate. The room was quiet and very pleasant. The whole team was very professional and nice to Us and our cat. We look forward to coming back with pur cats.
This was my first time using this facility for a vet, My dog was acting weird and kept licking his paw we thought he had jumped off the couch weird and sprained it we took him to this vet it had a great new year exam price (free!) and they figured out that his nail was hanging off broken!!! They took care of it and gave him pain meds and a antibiotic , Sam was great and helped us thank you!
I brought my pet here for a recheck after an emergency clinic visit. He needed a bandage change and the doctor on staff said that he wouldn't do it based on prior instances with another patient being bandaged incorrectly. We were turned away immediately. I was extremely disappointed with this treatment. It seems like the veterinarian on staff was completely incompetent to do a simple bandage change. I have 12 years experience in the veterinary field as a technician in the past and never in my 12 years have I ever seen a doctor turn away a bandage change regardless of if it was a break or if it was an open wound. If I had the means and the help to do this myself, I would but now I'm at emergency clinic to get it done paying three times as much. So unless you're planning on bringing your animal for just vaccines or a regular physical then I would not bring them to this location I would choose a more adequate vet.
I thought my 15 year old dog was dying. Turns out he had and ear infection that was causing really bad vertigo. Thank you for solving the problem with out making me feel like I need to pay for all these extra test. I don't remember the name off the vet on duty. Thank you so much.
The veterinarian here is the absolute worst I’ve ever encountered. He doesn’t care about the animals at all. He barely entered the room, and I had to ask him questions to fully understand the diagnosis he was trying to give my cat. He was in the doorway, half in and half out, unable to fully enter the room. He has no respect for people, especially those who don’t pay him. He didn’t perform any type of exam. I’m glad I had a free exam coupon because I would’ve paid $88 to speak to a doctor for two seconds. His bedside manner is terrible. He makes it seem like you’re the problem. I wouldn’t even spend my money here. He clearly doesn’t care about animals; he only cares about his paycheck. I would spend the extra money going somewhere else for a vet who will actually touch your animal and care about it. This guy just wants money. Don’t go here. It’s a terrible place.
I spent $750+ dollars for three chest x-rays and heartworm test for my cat. They have been very lackadaisical about not only returning my calls, but emailing test results and x-rays to me as well. I was told a call back and x-rays would be sent over on Friday, neither happened. I have called to check in 3x over the course of 5 days…would not recommend.
Absolutely spectacular customer service from the entire team. Everyone was friendly, professionally, communicative and helpful. Truly a very good option if you're looking for a friendly and convenient vet. A+++
