UW Veterinary Care

Unfortunately , I do not remember the names of the receptionist or the student doctor but I do remember Dr. Garcia. They were all incredible! Dealing with an emergency from 1000 miles away while my dog was being boarded could have been an incredibly worrying and difficult situation. EVERYONE, from the person/people who answered my calls to the student doctor to Dr. Garcia were incredible and could not have been any better. They were all patient, kind and took their time helping us and explaining everything to us. I am so glad they were our first call when we heard Frank was not doing well at boarding.

Our dog is terminally ill and UW hospital in Madison and Dr. Molli and her student nurse were absolutely wonderful. So thorough and compassionate. They also went over our approximate bill beforehand so we wouldn’t be surprised at the cost. We were recommended by Lodi Vet clinic, our daughter who has worked with UW in her capacity as a vet tech and our neighbors. I will strongly recommend them to everyone I know. It was a wonderful experience even though we received bad news.

Dr. Lee and all the staff were great. They took the time to answer all our questions when at the clinic and when on the phone. They loved our dog and always told us how much of a delight he was. We had a great experience with the staff and facilities. They were caring and thought about all the things needed for our family. It did take a bit to get in for our first appointment and had to travel far, but UW was amazing!

This is by far the best experience I have had at a vet before. The scheduler was friendly and got us an appointment quickly. It was so nice that you guys put down blankets and greens for our rabbits! I also appreciated that you guys asked so many questions and really learned about our pets. The tech was amazing and Dr. Durante was great. He did the most thorough check up I've ever seen for any of my pets, and he explained everything in detail and made sure I understood. I'm super satisfied with our visit and will definitely be bringing our pets back!

The students and staff went above and beyond with the level of care provided to our Alex and to us with his diagnosis and eol treatment. I can't thank you enough for allowing us the extra time to be with him, he was an awesome cat and made for the best cuddle buddy!

Dr. Obernberger is phenomenal, aside from her expertise she has excellent bedside manner and is very personable and communicates clearly and compassionately. The student who was with her (4th year, I don't know her name) was wonderful as well and will make an excellent vet in the future. nothing, everything we experienced was above and beyond expectations, I will be making the drive from Chicago every six months because I cannot imagine receiving better care anywhere else.

Frankly, EVERYONE was great! (Thanks so much!) The entire staff accommodated us well, since my dog is a little wary and warms up slowly to strangers. I was allowed to remain in the room for the entire exam, which was very reassuring for Jesus. Each person working with him was patient and kind. My dog left with a positive feeling about the clinic.
