I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. They were especially friendly and gentle with my dog, Chai, even though he wasn’t exactly on his best behavior. They took the time to help and made the whole experience feel calm and comfortable. You can tell that the people who work here genuinely care about the animals and the people who bring them in!

Decided after they screwed up my order and that after I had been getting food from them over a year, they were not going to fill my orders anymore simply because I wasn’t a client with them. Go to a different vet since these people are jerks who won’t accept responsibility for their screw ups!

This is actually negative infinity on stars. My heart is broken from this experience. I cry every day for my darling because of this. I took my 16 year old baby girl to be put down and it was the worst experience I have ever had.The veterinarian (Mary) was rude as soon as I got there. I asked her if I could hold my baby while the shot was administered and she very rudely told me no that I could go somewhere else were they would allow that, she missed the vein and my baby yelped loudly and struggled, my baby was only partially euthanized then she gave her a sedative and left the room for 10 minutes while my baby lay there dying.I had to yell for help for someone to come in the room which a young girl from the front desk came and started arguing with me saying the doctor was in the other room with another patient while my baby lay there dying.Then we were arguing and she told me I could leave and take my dog with me while she was partially euthanized and not moving and struggling to breathe.I just needed them to help my baby. Finally the dr came back in and quickly gave another shot.These people were the worst people.My poor baby deserved better than this.I previously went and had two male drs who were very kind and helpful but Mary is evil and hateful. I had to watch my darling suffer and will never be at peace with what she did.

I believe God places special angels on this earth to take care of animals. Dr. Heigi is one of those special angels. Thank you for loving and caring for our girls, Hagen and Sadie.

I was given a quote for $350-$450 for a dental cleaning on my senior dog. I was clearly just lied to, because it ended up being $670 out the door. I would not do any procedures here unless you have an actual quote in writing. Also, the receptionist is rude, I said that it is way higher than I was quoted and she ignored me, and no one said anything to me on the way out.

My cats have seen both veterinarians at this clinic and they are both wonderful. I truly have nothing but nice things to say. The tech's remembered my name and greeted me which surprised me so much (given that they probably see so many people in a day).They were gentle and reassuring to both my cats too. The vets don't charge you for anything you don't need either, which is a common experience at most clinics. One of my cats, Beans, had a bad eye ulcer and I was told his eye may needed to be removed. I kid you not, that vet did everything he could to save my cats eye and HE DID! My cat is perfectly fine now and has both his eyes because of this clinic. My other cat, Coco, is aggressive at the vet sometimes, and Dr. Blackburn handled my cat so well. She was so gentle and quick that my cat completely calmed down. I used to go to Live Oak, which wasn't bad but this vet has proved to me on multiple occasions that they are more experienced, have better pricing, and better staff. I literally recommend this vet to everyone I know with pets...it's THAT good.
