Excellent 24/7 emergency veterinary clinic. We were greeted right away, and the nurses came out immediately to take our dog in for urgent care. Our dog had eaten chocolate. They explained everything in detail, told us exactly what they were going to do, and treated us with great understanding and compassion given our emotional state. All procedures were carried out promptly, and the cost was reasonable. It truly felt like they were caring not for a dog, but for a small child — which is exactly how we see him. We are extremely satisfied with both the medical outcome and the attitude, care, and support we received. Huge thanks to the entire medical staff.

I have nothing but great things to say about this place and the staff. We took our 6-year old golden retriever to get treated after a collapse with a distended abdomen on Dec 1, 2025. He was in critical condition and everyone worked super hard and sensibly to stabilize him. Thankfully, he was stabilized so my family and I were able to say goodbye before putting him down on Dec 2, 2025. He had been diagnosed with internal bleeding from hemangiosarcoma as a highly probably cause. Literally all the staff was as sensible as they were professional, and could not recommend this place enough. Celeste, Heather, Dr. Taniguchi, Dr. Kerr, Claudia, Christian, and all the staff whose names I failed to get – thank you from the bottom of my heart for your care and hard work on Bradley. My family and I will forever be grateful. God bless.

I cannot say enough good things about this emergency vet. I brought my sweet Luka in because I was so worried about his eyes. The staff kept telling me how cute he was and genuinely loved on him, which meant everything to me because he was already uncomfortable and squinting. You can tell when people truly care about animals, and every single person there did. They handled him carefully, and made sure he felt safe. The vet took the time to thoroughly examine his eyes, explain what was going on, and answer all of my questions without rushing me. I left feeling informed, relieved, and confident that Luka was in the best hands possible. In such a stressful moment, their kindness, compassion, and professionalism made all the difference. I’m beyond grateful for the care they gave my baby. If you ever need an emergency vet who will treat your pet with love and respect, this is the place to go. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my Luka. 💛

This vet gave my dog life saving medication however, is not a reliable veterinarian office. Few months ago I brought my small dog over, they recommended immediate euthanasia or hospitalization for a bill over $10,000 for a 90% death chance. I denied and brought my dog home, they gave me medication to help give her more time. She’s still alive and going strong after surgery from my home vet. I guess she somehow survived a $800 surgery with a 10% chance. Moral of the story and point of review, they will diagnose and give proper care however, please get a second opinion from another vet. This vet should be an emergency last resort option.

Great emergency hospital, I have been here several times and have had only positive experiences with the staff here, very attentive and personable, I had great drs here every time. I canned in at 2am with a cat w a debilitating ear infection. Emergency consult start up fee was $500, after consult w the dr I paid another ~$450, which all included a tentative protocol standard charge for consult, treatment, meds etc. My cat needed anesthesia so they could check the status of and clean her ears, she had a ruptured ear canal and bad ear infection, so I am glad I paid for that, the dr had given me a few options of things to try first. They cleaned her ears, gave her antibiotics, and antibiotic ear drops, and they refunded me circa $150, at the end of it, my cat is doing much better, we are still on meds but she is much much better, walking around, when she could not even stand before, without falling over. I’ve been here with other pets before and these ppl have always been great, highly recommend.

My sincere appreciation for the exceptional care our cat received during our first time. We brought our cat in at 2:00am due to very concerning and sudden onset of wobbly walking and difficulty moving. Despite the late hour, he was treated immediately. I specially want to highlight the nursing staff was incredibly kind and professional throughout the entire process, which provided great comfort during a very stressful time. Thank you again to your team for your assistance and for the care provided to our cat.

As a first-time dog owner, my experience with this veterinary hospital was extremely disappointing and left me feeling more confused and frustrated than reassured. The biggest issue was the lack of communication and compassion throughout the visit. After my dog was taken to the back, I received very few updates during a long wait. As a worried pet owner, I expected at least some communication about what was happening and what the medical team was finding. My dog was brought in because he was experiencing diarrhea and vomiting blood, and when he was returned to me, he still had feces stuck to his rear end. Not only was he not cleaned up, but the area around his backside had been shaved and appeared very red and irritated afterward. Seeing him returned in that condition was upsetting and made me feel that his comfort and dignity were not a priority. I was also frustrated by the diagnostic recommendations. The staff strongly encouraged X-rays, yet at the same time explained that the X-rays likely would not determine the cause of the issue and that I would probably need to be referred elsewhere for an ultrasound. As someone with little veterinary experience, this felt contradictory and confusing. I left feeling pressured to approve expensive testing without a clear understanding of its value or how it would lead to a diagnosis. Most disappointing of all, despite paying a significant amount of money, I left without a concrete diagnosis, a clear treatment plan, or confidence that my concerns had been fully addressed. I understand that not every medical issue can be diagnosed immediately, but I expected clearer explanations, better communication, and more compassionate care for both my dog and myself. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return or recommend this hospital to other pet owners.
