Bixby Animal Clinic

We took our Siberian husky mix for some concerning eye discharge and redness, the staff at bixby animal clinic treated us great and made us feel safe and comfortable giving the fact that our husky cries and yells, no ugly faces from the staff was nice! Besides that, the Dr gave us some medications to treat his eye and some other stuff that was going on. Within 1 day he is doing so much better and the eye discharge is practically gone with the drops they gave him. They also called me this morning for a follow up from the visit he just had yesterday, love this place and their amazing service.

I have been coming for years & have always had such great experiences! My Frenchie has been suffering with allergies & Dr De La Hoya found the perfect treatment for her. My dog is so happy and is able to live comfortably because of her amazing treatment! Doctor De La Hoya listens & cares about your animal. Thank you Dr! Would recommend her 100x!

Absolutely love this Clinic! Have been going to this place since pre-pandemic. You can look at my review on Yelp. Every time we go in here we get the best service. The doctors are fantastic. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful. They take care of three of our dogs now and we will continue to go back for the duration of our pets lives. We were referred to them by a co-worker of my husband and we're super happy that we were told about this business. I especially love that there's a follow-up call after all the visits. You don't get that a lot these days. I highly recommend you check this place out.

Recently one of my dog got neutered. Everything went great- surgery and recovery. I am very grateful to doctor Madeline Bradford. She is very professional and kind person. My dog very nervous at vet so they find way to do everything. Invited some person who working with nervous dogs. They give me discount. Really appreciate it. THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING. I highly recommend this place especially during an emergency. Sonny, my 7 year old Golden Retriever was rushed to this hospital. The Vet did a pericardial effusion. The procedure was a success and Sonny was able to spend more time with his loved ones. Unfortunately, we had to take him to another hospital to find out the root cause. To our dismay, it was cancer. A ruptured tumor around the heart. But we’re grateful we were able to say a meaningful goodbye. We love you and miss you so much!

I love Bixby Animal Clinic and so do all my dogs. My nervous Boxer Luna is treated with gentle patience and I have confidence that the vets and staff truly care for our fur babies! They don't price gouge (vet care can be expensive) and understand the needs of pets owners. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else!

Great costumer service!! The staff were all very warm and inviting on the phone and in person. This is my second time visiting the bixby clinic and both times my expectations were exceeded. The vet tech and doctor took time out to explain my dog’s treatment and offered cost friendly options. My family and I are so grateful that this office was recommended to us.
