WellHaven Pet Health Lone Tree

I have been taking my Doberman Pinscher to WellHaven since he was just a baby. He has had the very best care, including X-rays, sedation and follow up care following hip fractures, plus through stomach issues and allergies. It is very easy to get appointments and I’ve never had an issue if I needed to be seen on a rush basis. Everyone is very friendly and professional and I am so happy that they take care of my baby.

Although I don't typically leave reviews, WellHaven is well worth a glowing review. They were willing to take my cat, who was suffering from a severe UTI, last minute on a Monday at 4 PM after I was turned away from every other vet in the area. They were compassionate and kind, offering great service and reassurance. When my cat had another issue pop up less than two weeks later, they took her back in, monitored her for hours and provided the same attentive, caring service. The pricing is reasonable and transparent. WellHaven will continue to be my go-to vet and the only ones I trust with my cat. I have already referred multiple friends over to them.

I’ve been taking my dog here since he was eight weeks old (since 2020) and they’ve always taken good care of him. Dr Ryan removed a suspicious mass on my boy’s leg two weeks ago and was super informative and very caring. Thank you WellHaven!

My dog Vita has been seen at WellHaven since I adopted her at 8 weeks. She has been sick and needed several surgeries and has been at the vet more these past few months than her entire life. I am beyond grateful to her vet team and the care that she has been given by the entire staff. As she continues to need care, I appreciate the grace and support given by the whole staff. I would never consider getting care for Vita or any other pet that I may have in the future.

I can't say enough great things about the doctors and support team at WellHaven Pet Health in Lone Tree. I am convinced that without their exceptional skills, knowledge, determination, love, and care — along with God's healing grace — my "baby girl" would not be alive and improving. Cheyenne, my Doberman, came down with a serious infection literally overnight. What made it especially difficult is that the cause still hasn't been identified. Dr. Ryan Lefmann and Dr. Amanda Terry never used that as a reason to stop trying. They responded with patience and persistence, never stopping their search for answers even when none came easily. Through every step of the diagnosis and treatment, they kept me updated. I was never left in the dark — I always knew what was being done and why. I also want to give a very special thank you to the entire staff (I wish I knew all of their names). The care and love they showed Cheyenne during her treatment meant so very much to me. You could see they weren't just doing a job — they genuinely cared about her. The aftercare and follow-up after she came home were equally impressive, and they continue to be extremely patient with me — a very nervous "father" who has a lot of questions about at-home care. I am deeply grateful for the entire team at WellHaven.

We were recently debating switching vets as our previous appointments at Wellhaven have felt very rushed and not very thorough. We made the 35 minute drive from Lakewood to Wellhaven Lone Tree (where our animals had been seen annually since we adopted them) to get their annual exams done before switching vets. After this appointment, I can confidently say that we will continue our visits with Wellhaven. It was our first appointment with Dr. Lefmann and he was absolutely amazing. We brought our 3 cats in for an annual exam and for the first time it felt like they were actually checked out and taken care of. He gave us so much good information and brought things up we have never heard regarding their overall health. I’m very impressed with how knowledgeable he was and we truly felt like he cared about the wellbeing of our kitties and wanted us to get the most out of the exam as possible. The tech was also very kind and patient and asked us questions that we had never been asked before in the 3 years we’ve been going to Wellhaven. We will definitely be returning to Dr. Lefmann for future appointments and I can’t express how much more I appreciate this place and the staff they’ve created. Thank you for caring and creating an open, kind and knowledgeable space for us and our fur babies.

I am so grateful to the caring and qualified staff at Wellhaven Lone Tree! My vet was unable to get my very ill dog in on a Saturday, but WellHaven squeezed her in. She is a reactive girl so taking her to the vet can be stressful but they helped her feel relaxed and comfortable. They prescribed meds to help her feel better and we will definitely be back!
