Customer service was terrible. I would never come back here. We took our pup here for her rabies vax. I have never been to place where people who worked there looked like they hated their jobs and picked and chose who to treat kindly and who to be mean to.

Please do not waste your money on thr Banfield plan or your time. I have been with them for over 10 years and im done. The money you pay is a ripoff not mention the time you waste. You are better off getting pet insurance and going to a real veterinary business.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE! My dog got a simple rabies vaccine and has not walked in 2 weeks. Despite calling the clinic multiple times they had the results MONDAY and waited until I CALLED and was placed on hold for 30 minutes demanding the chief of staff for them to tell me their malpractice may have caused CANCER from the injection. I am now at their mercy as they are trying to cover my cost of medical bills from their vaccine manufacturer after I was upset after 2 weeks. They had his results and didn’t even care to call me and tell me. If you care about your babies life AVOID THIS PLACE. Chief of staff was zero help as well.

If I could give 10/10 I absolutely would. I’ve been to many vets where I’ve been directed to wrong treatment or I’ve been over charged. Banfield takes with cake with its professionalism and patience. I wanted to specifically come on here to express how well trained the staff is but specifically Isabel. Isabel is well knowledgeable, patient and extremely professional. When I had questions on medical procedures, medicine, and most importantly the bill. She walked me through an entire packet that was filled with easy to read information and knowledge about the illnesses. I have never been to a Vet where they care so much about the well being of a PERSON and ANIMALS. Thank you again banfield and Isabel for taking the time to share crucial information and more with me. I did want to add that, unfortunately when I did go in to the vet the desk receptionist was extremely rude. Would not look up from her computer, did not have us sign in and when I asked for clarification she merely shrugged me off and said someone should take you back soon. I highly recommend getting a better face for the front.

The staff is caring and takes great care of our anxious Labrador. Jessica and Faith at the front desk are personable greeting us and Noel. Rachael, vet tech, was excellent. She is knowledgeable, friendly and knows how to handle our pup. We had Dr. Hipskind this time. I had never met her. She called and gave us a detailed report and answered all of my questions and concerns. However, it does not seem that we get the same tech or vet each time. They are great. Noel has only gone in for her six month comprehensive with no needed appointments in between. The only thing which would be ideal is to meet the vet in person. Dr. Hipskind was excellent.

Best Banfield Hospital in the area. The staff at this location are all so kind, considerate, and compassionate. I was super nervous about taking my elderly dogs in due to the new dog virus going around. The staff completely eased my nerves and shared all their wonderful protocols they were doing to ensure safety. Jessica and Morgan are the absolute best and I appreciate them caring for my pups. Thank you both for making my experience so much better 💜 And FAITH!!! She was incredible!!!

We have been going to this Banfield location for 15 years, and have always encountered outstanding staff and service. Over the years, they have cared for 6 of our cats and our dog, and we have always been so appreciative of the exceptional competence, care, compassion and attention they have provided to us, and most importantly, to our various animal companions. I am aware that corporate operations like Banfield often have a bad reputation in contrast to private vet clinics. I can’t speak to that overall, but for Banfield Park Meadows, that has not been our experience. We had many private vets prior, and while most were excellent, this Banfield hospital has met or exceeded any other vets we have had. Moreover, they have never tried to upsell us on expensive medications or procedures. Instead, they carefully explain the pros & cons of various options, and have always been sensitive to our financial limitations. In particular, over the past year or two, we have received extraordinary care from vet Drs. Framson, Hipskind, Hunt, and Monahan. They have all been extremely kind, attentive, knowledgeable, highly competent and patient with us neurotic pet parents. In addition, headed by their brilliant practice manager Marilyn -- who is unfailingly cheerful and calm in the midst of keeping all the patients & staff on track with humor, grace, and insight -- the techs & staff that we have been so impressed with include Faith, Jessica, Matt, Alden, Morgan and Rachel. This Banfield is our companion animal home, and has provided great peace of mind for our pet care needs.
