Belmont's veterinarians and staff are the most wonderful that I have seen here in Lincoln! They were so understanding when I had to put my dog down and provided the most comfortable experience possible. If you aren't fully happy with your current vet, I recommend trying Belmont Veterinary Center! You won't be disappointed!!

If you love your animal's DON'T TAKE THEM HERE this is the WORSE place Allison O'Connor has no ideal what the hell she was doing my cat had a stomach ache she didn't know how to treat him he died in her care All they care about is the money and not the animals...and Kenneth McFarland is the rudest person he wouldn't give you the time you need to say goodbye to your animal after they killed it. PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR ANIMAL DON'T TAKE THEM HERE......only gave them one star because that's the only way it would let me post it they get -0 stars from me...

Trying to get a prescription filled outside of this office has been an extremely frustrating and frankly aggravating experience. Belmont only provides paper prescriptions and refuses to call them into a pharmacy, which essentially forces clients to buy medications directly through them at a massively inflated cost. While there are times when purchasing meds through a vet makes sense—like emergencies or convenience—this policy feels deliberately restrictive. It comes across as a tactic to funnel clients into paying premium prices with no reasonable alternative. We care deeply about our pets, but we also expect fair treatment and basic flexibility. This experience has left a very negative impression, and we will be taking both our business and our pets’ care to a clinic that doesn’t prioritize profit over its clients.

After several years of going to Belmont, I will no longer be bringing my pets to this practice. Recently, my cat passed away, and I notified Belmont's office by email. The response I received did not acknowledge her passing in any way, simply confirming they had cancelled my appointment and to "have a good day." Since then, I have continued receiving reminder emails stating my cat is due for an appointment, which has been very upsetting and difficult to receive. The lack of acknowledgment and lack of compassion surrounding her death was extremely hurtful during an already devastating time. I'm now taking my pets to Yankee Hill. I was blown away by their kindness and personalized care, including a card with handwritten notes from every single person in their office. If you want to ensure your pets are in goods hands, I highly recommend Yankee Hill.

Very friendly staff and affordable care. The doctor and technician took the time to answer my questions and concerns and everyone made sure my dog was comfortable at all times. Exam rooms were clean and bright. Happy to call Belmont our new vet home!

It was a great first impression. We brought our little puppy, Sadie, here for her first exam. Everything was thoroughly explained and repeated. The Doctor was very kind and gentle. Sadie didn't cry or whine and she was given treats to calm and distract her. She was tired after her shots but no negative reactions. I hope the next time we go, she will be excited to see her Doc.

I 100% give my recommendation to Belmont Veterinary services. They have always shown my dog great care, the office staff is extremely caring and friendly, and I can almost always get my dog in the same day that I call! EDIT: I initially gave 3 stars because of a few poor grooming experiences, but within the next day Belmont reached out and asked to rectify the situation. The customer service at Belmont is unmatched and I feel so lucky to have such a great vet clinic!
