They did very well with my mom's cat. She broke her back leg, they put a splint on and provided pain meds, and lots of instructions. Very expensive when you have to go after hours. Good doctor. I would recommend as a good pet ER place.

They saved my dog’s life after he was attacked viciously by another dog. It was around 10pm when my poor pup was let outside and a dog attacked him from out of nowhere. Any who fast forward 6 months and you couldn’t even tell he was hurt so bad. He couldn’t walk at all due to his legs being so chewed up!! They clipped his wounds, worked with me on pricing and sent us home with enough medication to see him through. They did recommend he stay overnight how ever the cost was too much so home he went and all glory to God I was able to mend him back!

This place is very clean. The people are so nice. The doctor was amazing really took his time with my boxer pup and then gave us his professional honest opinion. Then he gave us options and never tried to sway us to the more expensive one. The price was cheap compared to Blue Pearl and the experience was very enjoyable. I will only use this place if I ever have to use the ER for my dogs again. Even though it is an hour drive one way for me it is worth it. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this facility. Thank you.

I will start off by saying I did not receive vet care here. I called the office to get some information and the lady who answered the phone was very short, rude, disrespectful, and lacked compassion. Therefore, I was nervous to take my baby to this facility. When people are looking for an emergency clinic to take their pet to, everything matters. I want to know I’m going to get the best care possible and that it will be worth the money. I’m sure the drs are knowledgeable, but because of their front desk employee, I was turned away. Hopefully this issue will be addressed by the employer.

They got r cat in right away. They were very nice people but; they are very expensive! I was crying because we were going to have to put our cat to sleep or pay over $1000.00 for them to keep him. I ended up bring him home, hoping he wouldn't die before our Vet opened the next morning. They did give us meds to keep him comfortable until then.

Jodie Hayes The rudest unprofessional veterinarian I’ve ever met in my life! She informed me that I had to pay $500 to do bloodwork for my dog. I am in the process of moving and have no money I explained to her. She did not give me any information or advice of what I should do with my dog and slammed the door in my face, I asked her if it contagious to my other dogs she yelled I don’t know because I don’t have the blood work. I paid $200 just to bring her in to do a eye test. When I was about to pay they kept my dog hostage. They acted like they wouldn’t give my dog back until I paid the $215. Once they found out I couldn’t afford the blood test she treated me extremely rude extremely unprofessional. All I was worried was what I’m going to do to save my dog and she could not help me at all! She had no answers or helpful tips whatsoever only thing she was considered about was money!

If you have any other option I would do that before this place. Long story short I was quoted 600$ to keep my dog over night. Total came to $1200. My boy was 8 months old had suffered a heat stroke from a short run. kidneys and brain had failed but the vet continued to tell me he could make it and continued to ask for more and more money. Dr winters had no compassion only continued to ask for money. If the money wasn't there he looked the other way. Playing on emotions for my animal to get every last dollar. End result I payed $1200 to save my puppy when there was no chance and he ended up passing shortly after.
