VCA Promenade Animal Hospital

VCA Prominade is the only place I trust my fur babies to. I've been bringing them there for many years. I have NEVER seen a more compassionate, caring, and loving group of people than the employees at VCA. They are family to me. With my four fur babies, Dr. Willie, Zack, Marie, Jericka, Kayla, Kaley, Ariana, Isabella, Avery, Angelina and Billie have gotten me and my babies through countless crises. Dr. Willie is so knowledgeable, I always trust his judgement. I would never consider bringing my dogs anywhere else. If I could give them 1,000 stars, I would!!!

The staff has been caring for my Coco since he was 3 months old and every experience with the the staff and doctors have been positive truly caring staff

I just left VCA after picking up my cat whome i care about dearly she was very well treated and so was I.. Kaley at the front desk was very friendly and was kind to make me a same day appointment even though i was a first time client also the first visit was FREE also the Vet Doctor Britteny Santos was superb she does well with cats after making me a plan to do an enema and sedation for my cat i agreed to it , after about 1 hour i got a call from her saying my cat was ready to pick up and she did not even need to sedate her... that alone reduced my bill significantly but more important is there honesty i have 5 cats and i plan to bring them all here from now on because of Miss Santos Thank you very much for youre help

I have been bringing Diva Poochie to VCA Lauderhill for over 10 years. The Dr. 's and staff are always so amazing. When I first started bringing my lil DIVA to VCA, I was a little apprehensive about leaving her because she's my baby. I haven't felt that way since. I trust my lil DIVA with VCA because I know she's in great hands. I don't have to worry about her when I leave her with VCA. All of the staff is just so amazing. It's like VCA has it's own little City of Angels. Thanks VCA Doctors and Staff for always giving my lil DIVA the very best care. Grace Stallworth-Papino

Had the first appointment of the day. They promptly opened the doors at 8AM, actually they left me in a few minutes earlier since I was a bit early for Ash’s appointment. Kayla, the vet assistant, was super nice and helpful with the questions I had before and after meeting the doctor. Dr Siavash was also very helpful and with recommendations and information and was very gentle with Ash. Looking forward to coming back in 2 weeks for the follow-up appointment.

Prices are absurd. My dog has a UTI they quoted me $500!!! For a visit, a urine test and medication ... Went to another vet all the way down in Miami. For everything was $145. Fecal test is $90 plus the $80 of a visit. For anyone paying these bills out of pocket I would recommend to shop around. I went to 5 different vets, these were the most expensive BY FAR. The closest one was $300 and they included a follow up visit and second round of meds if needed. They are very nice and attentive and the app is very functional but you're paying way too much for that. REPLY* Unfortunately this place is a corporation and a franchise. If you go to the mom and pops shop you'll see you'll get the same or better quality care at a fraction of the price. Corporations care about money more than anything else. No reason why a simple urine test would cost 2-3 times as much here than other places except for greed and people not knowing that they can shop around for these services. I came here because it's sponsored from the humane society and the first check up was free. Please call different places and verify for yourself, you'll be happy you did.

I cannot believe this is the first time I’m writing a review for this wonderful animal hospital. We have been going to Dr. Willie for maybe about 2-3 years and in specific of last year I want to mention in 2022 Dr. Willie save my baby life and I cannot thank you enough he is sitting on my lap, healthy and happy with me so I really want to write this review to thank him and his staff for that caring support that we receive during our time tough time. Moved away an hour to West Palm, but will continue to come back here because it is so difficult to find a good Doctor Who is not only good at doing his job but also doing it for the animal. Dr. Willie truly care for my little Yorky as his own I’ve never seen a Doctor Who would call personally or text personally even on his vacation day to give me his empathy of bad news regarding my pets and checking up on him and still worried about my pet even when he’s on his on vacation all his family events like that’s just something that you just cant find now all day. So if you’re new in town I would trust this clinic and Dr.Willie. Thank you again. We love you
