I have been visiting this center for 9 years, ever since I got my pet. It is a very clean and responsible place with excellent customer service. In recent months, Dr. Acosta has provided us with exceptional care—she is phenomenal. She follows up on treatments through calls and follow-up appointments. She is very professional, trustworthy, responsible, and also very loving with my furry girl, Lia.

Arrived at opening time on Saturday morning because my pup chewed her foot raw. It was swollen as well and I could tell she was just very uncomfortable. The office staff was so welcoming. They told me it might be a while but would do their best to find a way to squeeze me in. It didn’t take very long. The office staff was so warm and welcoming first thing in the morning. They’re always amazing! Dr Funcke came in and explained everything to me in an incredibly easy to understand way. His bedside manner and care for his four legged patients is incredible. Love this office!

I can’t thank Animal Medical Center enough for saving the life of my 10-week-old Milagros f/k/a Bacardi. She was diagnosed with parvovirus, and it was one of the scariest experiences I’ve ever gone through as a pet parent. From the moment we walked in, the ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly, compassionate, and supportive—they truly helped ease my anxiety during such a difficult time. The medical team was nothing short of amazing. They are highly knowledgeable, genuinely loving, and completely devoted to the animals they care for. Their bedside manner was exceptional, and I always felt that Milagros was in the best possible hands. What meant the most to me was how they kept me updated throughout her hospitalization, taking the time to call and reassure me about her progress. Thanks to their dedication and expertise, Milagros pulled through, and I will forever be grateful. We were recommended this vet by the breeder we purchased our puppy from and I wil say the staff here is out of this world. They are the nicest most compassionate people you will ever meet. They genuinely care about you and your pets. They are up front about everything that they do and tell you the price right away so there is no surprise at the end of the visit. They offer you water, and have wonderful conversations, and just are a really great group of Dr's and staff. We have had to visit a few times due to our puppy having different issues and they have always been helpful and kind. We drive almost 45 minutes to the office because we love the staff here. Thank you for taking such great care of our pup, and always having incredible customer service you go above and beyond always and I thank you.

Brought our new puppy in for shots and they had taken such good care of her. We bought the shots plan so we didn't have to pay for every shot, and it was at a discount. The front receptionist Natasha is amazing. Natasha makes sure you have everything for your pup and they even have treats! I can honestly say this is the best vet office I have gone to.

This was my first time bringing Zuri to the office. Naomi & Irene were extremely sweet, kind & welcoming. 5 stars to them! The office was clean and the location was convenient. I think the Vet name was Dr. Acosta i hope that i am right was amazing. The only thing that was concerning was a young that was assisting the Vet, i told her that we didn't receive the medicine that I paid for which was $38 (she questioned me twice like I was lying about not getting it, it left a sour taste in my mouth. That's the reason why I left a 3 star review

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Animal Medical Center in Lauderhill, Florida. From the moment we walked in with our puppy, we knew we were in the best hands. Dr. Funcke and Dr. Acosta have been nothing short of amazing. They are incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. They treat our puppy as if he were their own, which gives us so much peace of mind as pet parents. They always take the time to explain everything thoroughly, answer our questions, and make sure our puppy is comfortable and well cared for at every visit. The front desk team, Robin, Irene, and Natasha, truly complete the experience. They are always so welcoming, kind, and helpful. A special thank you to Robin, who went above and beyond when I called to confirm that I had the correct medication for our puppy. She took the extra time to double-check everything and made sure it was completely safe, which meant so much to us. This clinic is filled with people who clearly love what they do and genuinely care about the animals they treat. We are so grateful to have found such a supportive, compassionate, and trustworthy veterinary team. Highly recommend to anyone looking for exceptional care!
