We(my sister&I)needed to bring our old girl Houdini in and we were very skeptical and nervous as we have been traumatized and scarred, by the vet industry and how much of a scam it can be. This office was closest to our home and was new plus good reviews, so decided to give it a chance, and I couldn’t be happier. I have never felt more cared for, never felt taken advantage of, everyone was kind esp to Houdini (who is panicky) I will recommend this vet to anyone I will ever meet for now on! Literally all of the front desk staff were so sweet and Danielle I believe her name was vet tech was amazinggg! Love her energy & to her heart! & Dr Wagner I believe was our doctor who was awesome. So fr this place gave me a change of heart about vets & Houdini is grateful too now that her itching and cauliflower ear is all gone! Will be doing some dental work here soon as well!

Took my new pupper (9 week old) today & they really are just a very informative team & I do appreciate all the advice I’m given from them. Thank you Doctor Bennett, both Gisselle’s & Val for being amazing. I take my other doggo here & it’s because this team is extremely nice, informative, and does not rush with the care that is needed for your pet. My new pupper felt 100% safe for sure when the vet tech’s and doctor approached her, & I know my pupper did because you can tell when the pupper feels safe. If your pupper isn’t shaking (shivering motion) during their visit then the team is definitely doing a phenomenal job. I had a bunch of questions and every single one of them were answered because their knowledge is top tier. Again, my fur babies & I can’t thank you enough!

Where do I start- The office is modern and super clean. The front desk staff were sweet and welcoming. The doctor’s assistant was so super genuine and caring, she took her time and was very thorough and really exceeded her work with such a detailed interview of my dogs history and symptoms. The doctor herself was so real and welcoming like visiting a friend I trusted that was also a Veterinarian. She gave me options for my dogs combined ailments, she gave me resources like how to check my dogs heart rhythms using a free app at home, she printed out information on what my dog was going through, she gave me several options for making my dog more comfortable at home and recommendations of a few shampoos to help her skin and she offered her availability between the next follow up appointment. I felt more comfortable than I ever have at a Vet and grateful I was referred to her from a neighbor. This is the first Vet I didn’t feel like at all others i’ve been to where they seem to force you to get a lot of high dollar tests and immediate treatments and in house at that moment and extra purchases to rack up the bill. This Dr genuinely wants to assess my dogs progress after two weeks of a new medication and then look at options for further testing and treatments while I monitor her resting heart rate at home over the time. I’m blessed to find her.

I’ve had the privilege of working with several veterinarians over the years, but Dr. Nichole Wagner and her team at VegasPet Animal Hospital have truly set a new standard for what exceptional veterinary care can be. From the moment we walk in, the entire staff goes out of their way to make my pets feel at ease. They do most procedures right in the room, allowing my pets to feel secure and connected. Dr. Wagner and her team are incredibly patient, kind, and thorough, addressing every question and concern with compassion and care. The facility itself is a testament to their attention to detail – there’s even a treat bar for dogs and humans, creating an inviting and relaxed environment and my fur babies have personal notes and treats waiting for them in their room. But what truly sets VegasPet apart is their approach. They’re not a high-volume ‘factory’; instead, they take the time to provide individualized care, making sure my pets feel genuinely safe and loved. Every visit is so positive that my animals are actually reluctant to leave! I am deeply grateful to Dr. Wagner and her team for their dedication and heart. They are hands down the best veterinary team I have ever encountered.

VegasPet Animal Hospital is truly the best facility I’ve ever been to. I was referred to them, and several people told me it’s the best clinic in town , and in my opinion, they were absolutely right (and trust me, I’m very picky lol). From the front desk to the technicians and Dr. Wagner, everyone creates such a strong sense of comfort, care, and trust which is the most important thing when it comes to our furry babies 🐱 My cat had a broken canine with an exposed pulp, and they were able to see him very quickly. Dr. Wagner was very honest and upfront, explaining that she wouldn’t be able to perform the dental procedure for about 4 weeks, and even suggested going to another clinic if I didn’t want to wait. Since my cat was clearly in pain, I decided to proceed elsewhere sooner. Honestly, that’s the only "con" we didn’t end up doing the surgery there. But at the same time, I respect it. It shows they truly care about their patients and don’t treat it like a conveyor belt of surgeries. They prioritize quality care and fairness to already scheduled pets. We will absolutely be coming back in the future 💛

There are no words to express how great this place is. They have worked hard to make both animals and their guardians feel relaxed and comfortable. My dogs are not even scared here…they seem excited. One of my dogs had surgery two days ago and they had his in take room dimly lit with soft music, a blanket on the ground and his name on a board. It immediately relaxed both of us. Also, they came in to give him his sedation shot with me there and I got to be alone with him until he got sleepy and then they had given me a little hand held buzzer to push when he was almost asleep and then they took him back. I thanked them for being so caring …I’ve been to many vets in my life that seem to have little concept of how to do things this way. I hope to be here for a long time. They are a blessing
