Two By Two Pet Support

We unfortunately had to put our puppers to rest this past Saturday. She is a 14.5 year old German Shepard. She has a degenerative condition that left her effectively paralyzed at the rear legs. We contacted Two by Two for an at-home euthanasia. From the very first call to their office to Silvia, who was the nurse/assistant, to Dr. Snead, the experience was as good as it could be considering the situation. The day of, Silvia was very communicative and kept us up to date with her ETA. She let us push the time back slightly so we could have more time with our presious puppy. The Dr. Snead arrived shortly after. He was very soft spoken, listened attentively, was supportive, and did not rush us or the process. Dr. Snead was genuine and caring. As we cried over our sleeping puppers, he consoled us. He gave each of us a hug. It wasn't just a quick, "I'm sorry for your loss" routine type hug, it was a legit deep tight embrace. You can feel that he cares. I highly recommend Two by Two Pet Support. Thank you, Dr. Snead and your team. A+, 5 Stars, 10 out of 10.

2×2 & Johnathan were GOD Sent. Johnathan is Kind, Considerate, Down to earth, Professional and so understanding. We needed transportation for our 16 year old Black Lab (Buster) to our Vets, ASAP, due to Buster being paralyzed from his hips down, little appetite & unable to hold his bowel movements. Johnathan was able to get to us that day within a couple hours, keeping us updated until he arrived. Johnathan didn't show any care about how bad Buster smelled, he gently wrapped Buster to lift him onto the gurney, making sure to Buckle Buster up..all while comforting Buster and us. Johnathan made room for Me to ride upfront and go to our Vets. We don't have any transportation of our own & have to pay for a Lyft. Johnathan made Buster & I feel safe & truly cared for. Even after Johnathan's job was done, he was waiting outside our Vets, to see how Buster wad & just incase I wanted or needed a ride home, for FREE. I had to put Buster to sleep, breaking my heart (at the least), but, seeing Johnathan still there, outside our Vets, just because HE Cared, we'll, that's an Incredible Blessing..Johnathan and 2×2, are an Incredible Blessing's. I had to put my German shepherd down due to cancer. I chose the at home euthanasia so he can be as comfortable as possible. The doctor was very compassionate and educated me on the entire process. My boy went out peacefully and I have a huge relief that he’s no longer suffering. I highly recommend Two by Two pet support. From the doctor to their office operations, everything was straightforward and professional.

Dr was amazing so glad I found them and they were able to come to my home for the final moments of my pups life was extremely peaceful, the kids even chose to be present for it

Our dog was very senior and was having trouble getting up and we knew it was time. I called and scheduled with them and they went over and above to make this terrible time just a little easier. Everyone was amazing and kind from the receptionist who scheduled us, the vet assistant, and especially the vet. Thank you for helping our baby to the rainbow bridge! She will be waiting there for us.

Very compassionate and professional. Even hand delivered my Lady’s personalized memorabilia to our door shorty after free of charge. Would definitely recommend their services when in need.

They were so kind and helpful when my poor Blu passed. Transport was quick and affordable, including his cremation. Mckenzie was incredibly kind and helpful during this hard time. Thank you!!!
