Outstanding!! I’ve had cats pretty much my whole life, so I’ve been to many different veterinarian offices, this one was by far the best. I was shocked that they’re so affordable and pleasantly surprised by the room. They have a tv with bird scenes and calming music, hanging window beds for the cats, soft blankets for them to lay on, scratch pads on the wall, and super friendly staff who will pander to your cat’s eccentricities. My cat is terrified of other people, so we use a brush to help win her over, and everyone was happy to go along with it. Dr. Wagner was so kind and did an incredible job. I wish I could remember the tech’s name because she was just as sweet. We found our place of choice.

Trailwood Cat Hospital has provided my cat and I with the best veterinary experience, by far. My cat is 15 and has been to a few different vets over the years, but none of them have offered the level of service and compassion that can be found here. The staff is incredibly friendly. Anytime I call with a question or concern, I get a call back from a nurse or one of the doctors either the same day or first thing the next day. If there are no appointments available right away, the front desk staff is great about calling when there are cancellations if you want to be seen sooner. My cat had some health issues last year, and her previous vet was clearly trying to get me to spend money by going over the top with different supplements, medications, food, etc all at once. This did nothing to help my cat. Under the care of both Dr. Anna and Dr. Wagner at Trailwood, my cat has improved so much in the 9/10 months since we made the switch, and I could not be more thankful.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience with this veterinarian office! The staff was so kind and sweet and I absolutely adore Dr. Daffara! When you meet her, she instantly makes you feel like an old friend and immediately put my senior kitty at ease (and also gave her some treats for being such a good girl. She has a friend for life in Pixie now LOL). I was so happy I was able to be in the exam room while Pixie got her exam and I loved that I was recommended, but not oversold, a product that would help with her arthritis and was not forced into an expensive battery of tests and x-rays. She truly cares about the health of your kitty, not lining her pocket with a myriad of fees! I was so sad to leave my kitty's previous vet when we moved to Vegas, convinced I would never find another vet as wonderful as she was, and I cannot tell you what a joy and relief it is to find such an outstanding, caring, kind and compassionate veterinarian here. 10/10 recommend this office to care for your purr-babies! What a delightful place. I had been there before to get my cat his shots. This time his life was ending and that is never easy. They were so caring and respectful. I was able to hold Lucky until the end and pet him and kiss his ears. My tears falling on his little face. At the end, they gave me a paper with his footprints and a small vial of his long fur. Eventually, I will have another cat I am sure and I will continue to use Trailwood Cat Hospital. A great place with a delightful staff. Thank you...........

I have been bringing my cat Bruce to Trailwood Cat hospital for almost a year. During that time I have had pretty great service, and I wish I would have started visiting here earlier. Unfortunately Bruce's time here is coming to a close, and after speaking with the vets here about this previously, I tried to reach out to the office to talk about scheduling his euthanasia. When I called I was told they could not fit me in any earlier than May 8th. As great as they care has been, to have to take Bruce to somewhere different, now, in the most sensitive part of his life is really unfortunate. I understand being busy, but I wish exceptions could be made for something like this.

Fantastic feline-only veterinarian. Cozy and calming environment. Maybe it was because we were the last appointment of the day, but it was a chaos free experience. Only veterinarian I have called who hasn't put me on hold--ever. If they can't answer, it goes to voicemail, which I'll take any day over being forgotten about while on hold for several minutes. I also appreciate how much effort they put into getting my cats records prior to seeing him, which was not as simple as it should have been. Excellent communication, professional, personable, knowledgeable, and patient.

We are so glad we switched from our former cat vet to Trailwood. The vet here has been super knowledgeable, immediately identifying a problem our previous vet didn't resolve in over a year. She's also responsive, calling us on the weekend to discuss test results. Waits were short and staff seems well trained. We're really appreciating the quality of care and service!
