I highly recommend this place. From the moment I made the appointment everyone was helpful and friendly and followed up. This is my first dog so obviously my first time with an animal having surgery, she went over everything with me and I even called back to ask a question about the meds and she was so nice! The medical assistant who checked my dog in was sooo nice and then the vet came in to talk to me as well. Both extremely caring, and professional! 10/10 I highly recommend. She’s recovering well ❤️🐶

As a first-time pet owner, I had questions about caring for my new kitten, and the team at Hearts Alive Village Animal Clinic was absolutely amazing. Everyone was kind, professional, and incredibly patient. They took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly and provided so much helpful information about caring for a small cat. I never felt rushed, and they made sure I understood everything before I left. Their compassion, knowledge, and genuine care for both pets and owners really stood out. They are fantastic! I brought my sisters dog here to get checked out and she is getting fixed. Two locations, one on Nellis which is the one I chose. The other on Decatur. Just depends on where you live. Dr Parantala is the dr who checked out my sisters dog. She talked to my sisters by video call from my phone. So Very Much nice and helpful and great.

This is my second post. The first one was me removed and I posted it on 4/17/26. I have a cat that went missing for a whole week some lady kidnapped her and didn’t bother to check if she was chipped that day she kidnapped her.She waited a whole week when she came to this clinic and when they called me I went right away to pick her up. I said a small comment about the kittens, not wanting to eat food and wanted mom‘s milk. The Kittens were old enough to eat on their own. But the person working at the front desk, decided to call animal control, saying that my cat was being neglected, and the kittens were being neglected as well. My cat has never had multiple litters. She has only had one litter and is in the process of getting spayed, but the fact that this clinic made animal control understand that I was being neglectful and not feeding her and breeding her like a backyard breeder. So I would never come back to this clinic to get any treatment for any of my pets and it’s not even low income. It’s really expensive.

Any other vet would’ve charged me over $300 only for an xray for my xlarge dog. Oh & the sedatives on top of that for another $150. But i directly told them my budget & they made sure they could stick within my budget. I got 3 vaccinations, sedative & xray, and 1 medication at the vet for just under $400. I got an extra 2 medications at Walmart because they told me it would be cheaper at a pharmacy. Another 2 medications for $53. So that’s what i did and it worked out. They told me my dog had a broken leg and educated me on everything i needed to make him healthier and that went beyond the broken leg. They truly cared about your dogs health. I do appreciate them so much. They were so kind & helpful. this is definitely my new vet for my lil dude. So all in all, it’s 100% worth it to come here for your dog. Oh! And the visit fee is a deposit you have to pay in advance, but it is $50. The lowest I’ve ever seen anywhere else is $60. They told me i needed to bring him back in 8 weeks. The deposit for that follow-up appointment was $30. (:
