We are currently caring for our daughter’s cat while she is away for work, and the online scheduling process made it incredibly easy to get an appointment quickly. The minimal wait time was definitely a plus. Dr. Alexander was professional, knowledgeable, and caring, taking the time to address our concerns and provide excellent care. I am new in the city. I have been living in Laredo for 4 months. I had an accident with my dog ​​Elif just days before New Year's 2025 where we had to have an emergency surgery. She had eaten beef ribs and they were all in her tummy. Once there, Dr. Flores and the assistant Sonia attended to me. They were very kindly, explained the entire surgical process and the different alternatives I had to remove the bones from her tummy. My dog ​​was in the hospital for several days and was released on January 2, 2025. I am very grateful that they allowed me to see my dog ​​on December 31 and even on January 1, which tells me that they are committed to the care of our pets not only physical but also emotional. They kept me up to date all the time with how my dog's progress was going after the operation, something very important because our pets are our babies, we love them more than anyone. The staff is friendly and caring. I took a baby kitten that I found in one of my garden pots and the vet Dr. Reyes examined him and gave me options to save him. I explained that I work all day and can’t keep him.She was compassionate and helped me reach a decision. The kitty was placed in a shelter where he can recuperate and be adopted. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend them to anyone needing a caring and knowledgeable vet.

Great place to go to. Took my doggo in no appointment. Friendly staff great doctor. Explaining what was done and needs to be done for meds. Will go back if necessary..
