Thank you for taking care of my senior dog, Mandy. Everyone was very kind and helpful. It was not a long wait. I had her yearly shots and check up.

The veterinarian has been so great to us. We took our Gianna dachshund twice in an emergency and both visits they have been quick, friendly, and just awesome. I have been going to Clark Vet for years but I’m definitely sticking to this one, they truly care for their patients and animals. The veterinarian, Dr. Franca, is so incredibly nice and answered all our questions.

I love Critter Care. They go above and beyond for your pet. They have saved the life of my cat, Tigger. They have seen my new kitten and he's only gotten better and healthier. I trust Critter Care with all my babies.

Dr. A is a doctor I am deeply grateful to. Compared to another clinic I visited for over 10 years—where my cat was finally diagnosed with megacolon but received no real treatment and was simply told to see a specialist—Dr. A was completely different. Dr. A used her best medical judgment and did everything she possibly could. With dedication, patience, and genuine compassion, she manually relieved my cat multiple times, helping her through an extremely painful and life-threatening condition. I have never seen a veterinarian who protects and cares for an animal with such love and responsibility. Dr. A didn’t just treat my cat as a case—she treated her as a life worth fighting for. Thanks to Dr. A, my cat was given relief, comfort, and most importantly, a chance to live. What she did feels like something out of a touching movie, and I will never forget her kindness and devotion. Dr. A is not only an excellent doctor, but a truly compassionate healer. I recommend her highly enough.

We brought two cats here: Nova, our rescued kitten who had lived outside and was covered in fleas when we found her, and Michellin, our older indoor cat. Critter Care was recommended as a more affordable option, so we gave it a try. Visit 1 (Nova): She wasn’t eating well, so they ran FIV and other tests. While they did more than Rio Grande, most answers still came as "I think," and they never checked for ringworm, which we were unaware she had. Visit 2 (Michellin): After Nova joined our home, Michellin started scratching. She tested positive for ear mites (which came from Nova, though we didn’t know at the time). The treatment cost us over $200 just for cleaning her ears, which didn’t feel affordable. Later, at C & C Veterinary Services, Nova was finally diagnosed with ringworm, and both cats were treated — all for less than what Critter Care charged us for two separate visits. By then, both my girlfriend and a co-worker had caught it, and our total expenses across clinics had reached nearly $1,000. Critter Care made more of an effort than Rio Grande, but the prices were higher than expected, and the missed ringworm diagnosis caused real consequences for us. I’d recommend going to C & C Veterinary Services instead — they were reliable, thorough, and fair with pricing.

Amazing vets and staff ! They gave my fur baby treats and Can food to calm him down since he was getting a thick needle for his microchip. Love how the vets treat him with so much love and let owners know what’s the next step. We’re staying with critter care ❤️
