Parkway Veterinary Emergency Clinic

I had a really great experience with this clinic. The staff was incredibly helpful over the phone and made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. When I arrived, they were just as kind and welcoming in person. I brought in an injured stray kitten, and they didn’t hesitate to step in and help. You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat, regardless of the situation. I’m very thankful for their compassion, professionalism, and quick action. It truly made a difference. 🐾❤️‍🩹

I have used this vet several times. They are always compassionate and over a year ago pulled my cat Tweeter through who we were sure would die. Tweeter is fine today because of the steps they took on an emergency basis. This picture is her a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately we had to euthanize our sweet girl, Riley, as she was very sick. We came to the clinic around 8 and were out by 9. The staff was amazing- everyone was so professional, yet still sympathetic. Our tech was so sweet to Riley and made her her own charcuterie board of yummy treats. They even made her a casket. It was a very devastating experience, but having such a compassionate staff was so special. I highly recommend their facility.

I had an incredible experience at Parkway Veterinarian Saturday April 4,2026. I bought in my cat Bentley in a very emotional and stressful situation, and I cannot thank Dr Oscar Aguayo and his team enough. One of the team in the front(I wish I had her name) saw me at my absolute worst and treated me with kindness, patience and compassion-it truly meant everything to me. Thank you all for the care given to Bentley, he is doing well. I am beyond grateful.

This place is great overall 10/10 recommend my doggy was viciously attacked and they worked on him late hours of the night very reasonable prices very kind and caring staff and very HONEST. Very clean location my dog came back after an overnight stay happy and all patched up. THANK YOU ALL!

I understand that emergency vet hospitals must prioritize critically ill patients; however, our experience was disappointing. It took over two hours before even a temperature was taken on our distressed 13-year-old GSP. The veterinarian, Dr. Behana, performed a very limited exam. I had to ask whether bowel and heart sounds had been assessed, and the responses were vague. While lab results and imaging were reviewed, the explanations were unclear. We spent nearly five hours in a very small, freezing cold exam room. During that time, my senior dog became restless, exhausted, dehydrated, and was visibly shaking. The only reason we stayed was because of the excellent vet techs—especially Riley and two others—who were compassionate and attentive. We ultimately went to our regular veterinarian the next morning, where an arrhythmia was detected simply by listening to Daisy’s heart—something I had specifically asked about during our ER visit and did not receive a clear answer. Overall, given the delays and limited assessment, I would hesitate to return unless absolutely necessary.

My baby girl needed urgent surgery to save her life and 24 hour observation. Not only did they work with me financially but gave amazing care and love to my baby and kept me up to date on her progress. EVERYONE there was so compassionate and kind and we are forever grateful.
