Truly the best Veterinary services and animal care in Polk County! Dr. Mattson and the team are absolutely the kindest, most patient and professional team I’ve ever had with pets. Taking care of a difficult illness, an elder Chihuahua, a bad car accident and the kind, empathetic handling it’s been an amazing 10+ years and I would never take my pets anywhere else! I was very impressed with Dr Willis knowledge, her handling of my sweet German Shepherd. She didn't rush the appointment. She explained the reason for my dog's symptoms and what causes them. The Vet Tech, Leslie, was also very helpful and compassionate I have taken my pets to various clinics because Ms Leslie is very knowledgeable and caring.

If you are a jealous pet parent, stay away!! The staff is going to love on your baby. I took my puppy in for a visit next thing I know, someone has my puppy wrapped in their sweater walking around. I had to clutch my pearls, my baby betrayed me. The staff are down to earth, friendly, and informative. Prices are within my budget. I will continue using CAH as my go to.

I cannot thank the doctor and staff enough for the exceptional care they provided for my dog during her emergency surgery today. Everyone was compassionate, patient, and incredibly skilled. The doctor explained everything clearly and treated my dog as if she were their own. On top of the outstanding service, their pricing was very fair and transparent, especially for an emergency procedure. I’m truly grateful for everything they did. Highly recommend this team!

We brought in our little chuweeni in with a sever laceration from a bite and the doctor was so understanding and took such good care of our little boy Cujo, we thank her with all of our heart.

I love the staff here and Dr. Mattson is great! I breed pomskies and am here quite often. They've always been super helpful, answer all my questions with superb knowledge and are great with my puppies. I'm actually so happy with them and all the services they offer compared to some vets I am transferring all my vet care here.
