Dear Lakeland Animal Clinic Team, I am writing to share my positive experience during my recent visit. I was introduced to my new veterinarian, Dr. Katelyn Clark, and a technician named Laura. Both greeted me with kindness and a smile, and Dr. Clark provided care with professional efficiency. I have two dogs of different breeds, sizes, and ages—a senior and a five-year-old. Both were treated with the kindness and tenderness they deserve. It is very important for pets to feel comfortable in their environment, and I truly appreciate the effort your staff made to provide that comfort to both my pets and me. I have been using this clinic for over three years and absolutely love it here. I have 11 animals and we have been through some times! Dr Kyle and vet tech Kyhla are absolutely amazing. All of the staff (im terrible with names) are great. Front desk is always very helpful too. This clinic is very clean, staff is personable, and I always feel my animals are in good hands! Sure the prices here are higher , BUT you get what you pay for. Appointments are nearly always on time, very professional staff, and spot on care. You guys rock!

Lakeland Animal Clinic is a 5 star clinic, the staff are kind and they smile, that's so important! Dr. Kyle is so nice and also so kind and just has a great personality to be a veterinarian! Jeannie is super, a wonderful veterinary assistant, just a lovely person... Dr. Kyle is blessed to have her! What a wonderful place to take your fur baby, ( even though Bella is 12). 😉 Go ahead and make that appointment for your furry loved one!!!

100% do not recommend if you have a job or a schedule to keep. Brought my dog 2 days in a row just for flea meds and nail trim. first day they said that person already went home for the day, even tho an apt was made. They said come back the next day. Sadly I did and sat in the parking lot for 45 minutes passed that apt time to get a text saying they will need to reschedule.

I called early Monday morning and was given an appointment for early afternoon. The receptionist, vet tech and doctor were all so nice. They treated our poodle with great care. She didn't shake like she does at other vet offices we've been to. I would definitely recommend Lakeland Animal Clinic for your pet care. Prices were reasonable also.

Took my 9 year old Chihuahua in for a tooth extraction they said she was ok and she wasnt she stopped eating and kept puking and last night she died. So I'm blasting them for killing my sweet baby girl $1300 for my sweet girl to be gone forever because I tried to do the right thing🥺

I recently took my new puppy, August, to Lakeland Animal Clinic, and the entire experience was fantastic. From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming, and Dr. Malak’s assistant really made us feel at home. The clinic itself is spotlessly clean, which gave me a lot of confidence as a new pet owner. Dr. Malak was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure August was comfortable during the visit. It’s clear that everyone there genuinely cares about the animals they treat. This will definitely be my go-to clinic for August from now on. Highly recommended! 🐾💙
