I came in on Good Friday with no appointment. His office was packed but they said I could have a walk in appointment. Everyone was super friendly and staff.Got together and bought me lunch. The doctor's assistance were all very nice and very helpful with Banger. They had all the medications in-house and ours was a veterinary patient care , well done. Needless to say banger has recovered. Thank you so much doctor Bob!

The front staff and vet tech are nice but may be overworked. Overall, I felt dismissed and that I was a bother. The wait time was just over 40 minutes but perhaps it was just an uncommon morning. One hour and 10 minutes in total time. It ended up over stressing my dog which then stressed me too. Tech had asked me the same questions found in the form I had just filled out. Maybe just a miscommunication between front desk and vet tech. Doctor was thorough and kind. 💝 Health Certificate for flight was just under $80. I am THANKFUL but I suppose I was too hopeful with their reviews, I had just expected too much.

I am just trying this location out, and so far, so good. There were a few downsides that I wasn’t too pleased with, but overall I had a great experience—far more positives than negatives. It was good enough that I will continue to see how things go. I will say that the veterinarian had a lot of experience and provided valuable knowledge regarding my dog’s health.

They took care of both my babies at once! They were gentle and treated them with care. They where able to handle my tabby who is extremely skiddish without making him freak out. Will definitely be returning to them.

We take all our puppies to the office for their health certificates. They always treat us with care. We were a little worried when Dr. Bob sold the practice and after he passed, but the "new" doctors are wonderful.

Great place, great people ❤️🙏 i just wish yall would change the owner of my cat from my ex wife Stacy who isn't the owner anymore nor will she respond to you or me. She now is married and lives in the Netherlands so if you kindly could change the main owner to Joel Palmer would help me out immensely in making more appointments as I can't answer your emails either cause its under her email. Either way still a great place to take my children ❤️ and Chester loves yall 🙃

Our puppy suddenly stopped eating, began throwing up, and wasn’t pooping. He’s had issues with getting a hold of socks and swallowing them. We assumed he had a blockage. We took him to the vet and they told us he tested positive for Parvo. Of course, they charge us extra for being a walk-in and made us wait over four hours to be seen. They gave us a list of things we could do that averaged out to over $2000. I had to pick and choose from the list what I could afford to do to hopefully save his life. They ended up sending me home with what they called a Parvo bag, which was essentially minerals and vitamins that any dog could get for any stomach issue to help them survive. They charged me $300 for it and I found it online where you could use a script and get it for $10. Long story short, the next morning he pooped out the sock and returned to normal. I felt like they lied to us and stole our money.
