PetWellClinic - Lake Forest

Both of my dogs got their vaccines updated at PetWell Clinic in Lake Forest. We were very pleased with quick and efficient service. Both our dogs felt comfortable, loved and well cared for. The staff is excellent! I am recommending them to all our friends and neighbors.

We had a great experience bringing our senior Goldendoodle to PetWell for vaccinations. The clinic was extremely clean, and the staff were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Pricing was very affordable, which we really appreciated. One thing we especially liked was the clinic's and exam rooms' transparency—we could see everything through the windows and stay in the room with our dog, Pierre, the entire time. It made the experience much more comfortable for both our dog and us. We look forward to bringing our other dog to PetWell in Lake Forest when her shots are due.

The staff that welcomed to me into the office was very good with my very delicate Bubba Gump. we had to do a nail cutting and he hates that. But the staff was very good with him. He laid down and he put up with it. It took us a few minutes the cost was more than reasonable. And I’m gonna be happy to get back there again when he needs something.

I went to get my two cats vaccinated and was very satisfied with the overall service. The clinic is very transparent with their prices and procedures. Dr. Leslie and Ellie handled our two furbabies with care and we were glad to be with them during the whole process. Dr. Leslie also gave us medication to help our anxious cats during travel. Truly a rare find in OC!

We took our cat in for a health issue. It was our first visit, and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. She is a very anxious cat, so the first thing we noticed was she wasn't trying to hide or escape. Everything they did and recommended was clearly explained to us, and we feel that they listened to our concerns, taking them into consideration while deciding on the treatment plan. We did not feel pushed into any procedures, tests or products. Even when we got home, our cat who usually hides for 2 days did not. We will definitely be continuing our care here!

I have to share how wonderful PetWellClinic is and what a great experience it was for me and my pup, Franklin. From the moment we walked in, Ellie was so kind and welcoming, making both myself and Franklin at ease. Franklin needed an exam, allergy meds and blood work as this being a new facility for us, we were both a little nervous, but Dr. Leslie Gentry took the time to explain everything clearly and never made me feel rushed. Plus so gentle and patient with my boy! You can tell they genuinely care about the animals they treat. The entire experience felt calm, honest, and transparent, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. I'm so grateful to have found a place I trust - especially one that provides such thoughtful care without all the extra overhead. Thank you for taking such great care of Franklin!

Excellent Doctor and staff. Very nice with my pets. 5 stars plus. One of the best clinics ever.
