I had talked to and visited several vets about my African Grey parrot and Claire. The vet was absolutely fabulous. Had a great bedside manner and knew all the reactions of my Hazel the African Grey parrot… Her assistant was very knowledgeable on diet and all of the test that they were going to run on my 30-year-old African Grey. I highly recommend this group to anybody who has a parrot, dog or cat.

I highly recommend North Hills Animal Hospital. The overall experience has been consistently positive, the pricing is reasonable and transparent, and the facility is clean and comfortable. The veterinarians are kind and patient with my cat, Heyhey, and they always provide professional, thoughtful advice. When appropriate, they also offer proper referrals instead of pushing unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. The nurses and front desk staff are warm and genuinely caring. It’s very clear that they truly love animals, and Heyhey is always treated with so much kindness here. This is a clinic I trust and feel comfortable returning to long-term.

Truly think this might be one of the best offices in the entire country. The best staff ever from front desk, to techs, to doctors. They take such good care of us here and are always so considerate not just of the health of our pets but their comfort and our convenience as owners. Could not recommend more highly

Poor medical diagnosis (with no evidence) was given to my dog when i brought him in for itching February 2026. The staff suggested he had allergies and prescribed very expensive medication ($300) and on going shots of anti-itch medication, unbelievably, they missed the cause of the itching...fleas. So...as I kept giving him the skin ointments the dog got worse and the fleas went under my dog's skin causing an allergic reaction. Now he is being seen by a new vet that is treating him correctly and our dog is getting better.

Great atmosphere. Great staff. So friendly and will sit down and spend time with you to answer all your questions. They don't try to upsell you and for me coffee is a plus! Now to get Ocean to not bark at everything! Thank you!! ❤️

Dr Gunderson is the best! I completely trust her with my pups care. I have two sensitive dogs, and she’s so patient and gentle with them. They now get so excited to see her. The whole team is always helpful and friendly! We love their new building!

We’ve been seeing Dr. Gunderson at North Hills Animal Hospital for the past four years, and I can’t say enough good things about her and the entire team. She has taken incredible care of our dog from day one, she’s thoughtful, thorough, and genuinely cares about her patients. She loves what she does. The new facility is beautiful, clean, and impressively high-tech, which makes every visit smooth and stress free. We’re grateful to have such an amazing vet we trust.
