This is a specialty veterinary clinic and emergency hospital. We needed an internist for our dog who has Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency. We received helpful advice and a path forward for the next few weeks or so. That's a good thing. They are open 24/7 in the event of emergencies - just go in, no appointment needed for ER. To see a specialist, you do need an appointment. Now for the cherry on top: this place is gorgeous. It's light and airy, spacious, and they even have a snack and coffee bar for pet parents. They put every single human drs' offices to shame. It is that nice. See for yourself and if you are an md reading this, level up - your patients are worth it.

What a wonderful veterinary emergency hospital! I am so glad I found this place. It can be nerve wracking and stressful to take your pet to a hospital, especially for an emergency. This place made sure people feel calm and comforted. It’s just beautifully built and decorated, and they offer complimentary drinks and snacks. It’s open 24 hours and just right off the freeway, so it’s easy to get to. All the staff were courteous and kind to my dog. Although it’s an emergency hospital, it seemed like you can make an appointment as well. I highly recommend it.

We took our 13 1/2 year-old pittie mix to Rise last week at 11pm. He was struggling to breathe and had collapsed. The team at rise went so far Above and beyond my mind is still completely blown away. The vet, it was such a hard time that I can’t remember her name, Was the most caring sensitive that I have ever known and I’ve had pets for over 50 years. She knew he was in distress and went ahead and did a quick scan and found a cancerous mass in his abdomen. My kids and I were devastated beyond all imagination, but the way it was handled with such care and compassion is something I will never forget. We ultimately had to say goodbye to our sweet Domino, but the vet continued to validate how well we had taken care of him and the fact that we were making the right decision. Throughout the entire experience, we felt nothing but comforted and cared for. I will never take another pet anywhere else and will sing their praises from the rooftops. And to top it all off, we just got the sweetest handwritten Sympathy card. Rise is beautifully decorated in a calming, peaceful space with snacks, drinks, lots of tissues, and comfortable rooms. I read several reviews before taking Domino to Rise that night and I’m so glad I did. Thank you, Rise. Your compassion made all the difference. ❤️

Dr. Heller has been an incredible doctor throughout Willow’s chemotherapy journey. Going through cancer treatment with a beloved pet is one of the hardest experiences imaginable, but Dr. Heller made us feel supported, informed, and hopeful every step of the way. His compassion, professionalism, and dedication truly stood out during every visit. He always took the time to explain the treatment process, answer all of our questions, and genuinely care about Willow’s well-being. Thanks to his expertise and care, Willow is now in a stable and good condition, and we are beyond grateful for everything he has done for us. Dr. Heller is not only an outstanding veterinarian but also someone who truly understands the emotional side of caring for a sick pet. We cannot recommend him enough.

Unfortunately I had to go twice a this year for emergencies for my older dogs. I have owned dogs for over 20 years and this is by far the most compassionate, trustworthy emergency vet I have ever been to. The Doctors and Staff are top notch. Prices were very reasonable comparatively- while service, expertise, and professionalism out scores any emergency vet near me. I had to say goodbye to one of my fur babies- not only did they make it as meaningful as can be, when I picked up her ashes, the staff came out as sort of a tribute. I am beyond grateful for them.

I brought my 11-week-old puppy Buttercup in for lethargy, vomiting, and diarrhea. Parvo was suspected, so they took us in through the back and followed all the proper protocols. Thankfully, the test was negative, but they still provided excellent and efficient care. The facility was very clean, and everyone was kind and reassuring. Shelby, our vet tech, was especially wonderful and calm, which helped so much since I was such a wreck. And the nurse of front (I think Kathy?) was so knowledgeable and had a great sense of urgency and warmth. The veterinarian was gentle with Buttercup and made sure she was comfortable throughout the visit. We left with fluids & meds, and she’s already feeling much better. Office was spotless and beautiful. Highly recommend. Emergency exam was $195, Parvo test, fluids and Cerenia and tech stuff ended up being $460 altogether, which follows fair market price. Super happy & thankful. Thanks Rise Team!!! -Buttercup & Family

During my dog’s final moments, the staff at Rise Pet Health treated both my family and my pet with incredible dignity, compassion, and care. This is such a vulnerable and painful experience, and they handled everything with patience, gentleness, and respect. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that they truly cared about our dog’s comfort and our family’s emotions. I am deeply grateful for the kindness they showed us during such a difficult time. I would absolutely recommend Rise Pet Health to anyone who wants their pet treated with compassion and humanity when it matters most.
