Absolutely wonderful! We have recently swapped over from another vegetarian and couldn't be happier with our decision, also since we a members of The Lodge Pet Resort, we decided to bundle both places. The vet tech Allison was amazing start to finish; extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We couldnt have asked for better assistance! We will be lifelong visitors to English Animal Clinic and I sincerely encourage pet owners to give them a try. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

I cannot say enough great things about this clinic. We have been coming here for 15+ years with several animals. They have ALWAYS given us the best care. Between the front desk to the staff they have always been so helpful and professional. Dr. Natalie has saved my dogs life!!!! I can’t thank her and her staff enough for giving the best care for my sweet girl!

From the moment we walked in, this veterinary clinic made both me and my pet feel completely at ease. As a first time visitor, I was genuinely impressed by how kind, welcoming, and attentive everyone was! They truly treated us like family, not just another appointment. Dr.Katie and Kelly took the time to answer every single question I had thoroughly and thoughtfully, never making me feel rushed or silly for asking. It was clear they genuinely cared! What really stood out was how quickly they were able to get us in when we needed care. Knowing that they are responsive and dependable in moments of concern gives me so much peace of mind. Overall, this is hands down the best place to go for veterinary care. The kindness, professionalism, and genuine love for animals shines through in everything they do. I’m so grateful we found them! Highly, highly recommend!

Make sure when you call this clinic to book services you’re speaking to the correct person with the correct information. I was referred to this clinic from my daughter to get her cat fixed. We were on a budget. Everything was set up and scheduled a week later I called to confirm nothing was the same about the pricing and the reason they gave me was because "the receptionist is new." At that Point it had nothing to do with pricing and everything to do with false information given. I held for the doctor to come to the phone and for me to speak with her ~she never did and she never called my number. She didn’t speak up until I left a negative review.. Lessons? Mmmmk

Dr. Natalie is very knowledgeable and she loves animals!! I trust her with my fur babies!!! And she always takes good care of them. I also bring in many rescue and foster animals and she never turns me away even on short notice. Her staff is always friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend.

These people took me in one day when I was worried ...they didn't wait they took me in same day. My cat was diagnosed with diabetes. We tried and could not beat it. I will say my Cat was happy to go every day he went,he knew they showed him love. When it was time for him to go they helped me on so many ways I would and will bring all my babies to them. From my family to y'all's. Thank y'all so much from Handsome!!!! Let me add they prices were great but if your only worried about the $$$ you have already lost

Excellent service and wonderful staff from front desk to back of clinic. Everyone is so kind and caring with our pups. I love how they were able to clip our dogs nails today when everyone else had given up on trying to clip the squiggly one. Thank you thank you! I highly recommend English Clinic.
