Wonderful vet! I was nervous coming here the first time. It’s always like that when you are going somewhere new. I’ve taken our cat here multiple times now. Whether it be for an all over check up, tests, preventative flea medication, and when our cat got sick. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. And when you call, a real person answers the phone. That’s super rare nowadays and something I greatly appreciate. Also, if your pets health is really declining, they are more than happy to squeeze you in. It’s because they actually care about their patients. The doctor and staff have all been so wonderful. They even call you a day after your appointment to check in on your pet. Highly recommend this place! The people here truly love helping animals.

The front desk staff was very pleasant and friendly. The vet Dr. White, horribly rude. We were there to have our old dog euthanized. Waited over an hour past our appointment time. When Dr. White finally came in, she yelled at us saying we were stressing her out. NEVER again will we return to this HORRIBLE place!

We adopted a kitten from the cat rescue they have on site. They had a lot of kittens! (About 30) The adoption coordinator was very nice and he let us spend time with all the cats and kittens to see which one was the best fit for our family. The adoption fee was $400. But it seemed reasonable considering that included spay/neuter, all shots, and microchipping. Plus it's a vet, so we felt confident that we were inviting a healthy cat into our house. Thank you Lake Sawyer Veterinary, for providing the cat rescue service. We'll be spreading the word to anyone looking for a cat or kitten.

I recently began taking our cat to this veterinary hospital as our former vet retired. I have found the care to be of high quality and a good value. It’s a small facility near Covington and Maple Valley which also houses an animal rescue and has shelter cats available for adoption. Our cat Maizie sees Dr. Yun, and we’re working with her to get our kitty feeling better! Very caring and friendly staff.

Called and was able to make an appointment the same day. Very informative and friendly. The veterinarian was able to answer some questions.we had regarding her injury.

Dr. White was our fur baby's vet from 6 weeks old to almost 18, which was why we chose to take him there to go over the rainbow. Unfortunately, Dr White made what was already a very difficult time into a very bad memory, due to her very unprofessional and unwanted opinions as well as her inability to show compassion. Very disappointed.

An extra star because the staff was really kind. I want to start this off by saying PLEASE read the reviews about Dr. Jan White. I took my cat here because my usual vet didn't have any availability and urged me to have my cat seen for GI issues. I spent 3 hours at this appointment, when all they did was a simple exam. (I don't even know if I could call it an exam since they barely touched my cat.) Dr. Jan White did not seem to comprehend or remember half of what I was telling her, either. She kept misgendering my cat, kept talking about diarrhea when my cat has never had diarrhea, and halfway in the exam admitted she thought the appointment was to get my cat spayed.?? My cat is already spayed. Then she asked if I wanted to test my cat for the "cat scratch disease". My cat has no symptoms of that, so I asked if it was necessary, to which she replied, "I mean you can just waste your money over time and then let your cat die." . . . THEN, 30 minutes after she made that comment, she tells me she doesn't think the test is necessary. Dr. Jan White also randomly started talking about politics and Chinese people.. She was talking more about random political subjects than she was my actual cat. I can hardly believe that this experience was even real. I literally have no idea why she felt it was appropriate to share her political beliefs in the middle of an exam, but it was quite uncomfortable.
