I love how the Reber Ranch staff treat and care for my fur baby, Shane Tom Washington, as soon as I walk in the door. Shane Tom has the most wonderful Reber Ranch Aunties and Uncles! I can see it in his reactions—he’s so comfortable with them and truly enjoys being there. The grooming he receives is an excellent work of art; sometimes I don’t even recognize him, LOL . . . he’s a handsome dog! I truly appreciate the care and puppy love they give him! 🙂
I just picked up my best buddy Sawyer from Reber Ranch grooming and I want to thank Uniti for the fantastic job she did with him. Reber Ranch is one of his favorite places to go. Keep up the great work!
I almost had a bad experience, my pet had an appointment & the original groomer was not experienced enough & was too scared to take on my senior dog. She pretty much said i had to get paperwork emailed in and and all this other nonsense. But Shelby took over without hesitation. I highly recommend Shelby, the groomer at Reber Ranch! She handled my dog no matter his circumstances with open arms! What an Amazing human being! Oreo left his appt feeling great booking with her again.
The Vet Hospital is very convenient location from my house and with a big parking lot. Dr. Amalia Fey is a good doctor and the groomers are very kind to my pet, Tilda.
After my dog got bit by another on its head and I was realizing the infection was getting away from me. I called my veterinarian. I took photos and text it to them. They said that they needed to see her, but they did not have an appointment. And referred me to other veterinarians, which I was not going to go to. The a friend recommended Reber to me, I called them and I was able to get an appointment within a few hours. So happy about this. It was also very nice that after the appointment I could take my dog shopping and she could pick up her toy for being a good patient, always nice to have someone in your corner.
The experience was great. We are first time dog owners and they were so good with our puppy . They gave her her shot and she didnt even know it had happin. They answered any questions we asked . We left feeling great about choosing Reber Ranch for our puppy.
Disappointing communication when it matters most. I took our dog in to find out why she hadn't been eating well. They performed some testing and called with some unfortunate news about a kidney function problem. The doctor recommended immediate hospitalization, but gave a few options. It was a decision that needed to be discussed at home, so I said I would call right back. I called back quickly, but did not get a call back. It took a few tries over several hours to get back in touch with the doctor. The doctor referred us to a couple animal hospitals that were fairly far away. I wasn't sure why the referrals were so far away, but I went with their recommendation thinking they had a relationship with these hospitals. I didn’t ask. It was getting late. The doctor said they would set it up with the hospital I chose, and would also get a cost estimate, but didn't call me back. I called around 5:00 to see if they set things up and got the estimate, I was told by reception that it was set up but they did not get an estimate. When we arrived at the animal hospital that evening, they told us they only had vague information about why we were bringing our dog in. We went over the details we knew. They performed an exam and said the condition she had was much more serious than the impression I got from Reber Ranch, and the procedure they were going to perform was not only unlikely to solve anything, but she was likely to need continued daily injections or dialysis. We decided to go through it anyway, hoping there was a chance she might improve. The next day I received a payment link from Reber requesting payment, but no explanation what the payment was for. They then called asking me to pay the bill. I asked what it was for and the person calling me didn't know. The animal hospital asked for additional testing on an existing sample that Reber had. I asked when they expected the results and she told me they would Order the test "Later" that day, after the payment is processed. I was upset by the lack of care and urgency from Reber for this to happen, considering this is possible end of life for my pet, and the communication was already poor. By the time the results would be back it wouldn't really matter any more. After our dog's stay at the hospital she did seem to be feeling better, but that only lasted a few days. I got a call from a different doctor at Reber after requesting a follow-up appointment, she told me our dog might have an infection contributing to her age related kidney disease, so she prescribed a longer period of antibiotics along with additional blood tests to check her kidney function again. I happily picked up more antibiotics, fingers crossed. When I took her in for the follow-up appointment she was examined by the original doctor again and had blood drawn for testing. I still haven't heard back from them with results, now 2 1/2 weeks later. Unfortunately, our dog's condition declined sharply in the 3 days following that last appointment. It became an obvious quality of life issue for our dear friend, so I took her back to the Animal Hospital to have her put to rest. The people at the animal hospital were wonderful during her 48 hour stay there, so we decided to go back to them. They had been in frequent communication during the initial stay. We were never left wondering or guessing what was happening while our dog was there. They even sent periodic photos of her from her bed there. The final hospitalization bill was also significantly less than the estimate they originally provided. Reber does have some really great people working there, and we’ve been happy in the past. However, after receiving the original call from the doctor about their findings, we honestly felt there was no real desire or urgency to communicate or help us any further. We felt abandoned by them. Maybe more specifically by that doctor. Very disappointing and troubling when dealing with a dying pet. Certainly disappointing enough that we won't be going back for our future pet care.
