Had an appointment with the vet, there was no wait time, we were led right into exam room, which was very clean. Vet came in, and examined my dog, didn't take long for her to figure out what was wrong. Had his ointment, and was very thoroughly shown how to use and out we went. Great personality with the animals, extremely knowledgeable gave this, vet a five star review 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I was in the Pasco area for a dog show and I had forgotten one of my dogs’ prescription food. Tess and the staff seamlessly worked together with my vet to get me enough food for the trip. She was efficient, friendly and very helpful which I completely appreciate especially since I was a little panicked. Thank you Vinyard VCA!

Great experience. My little chihuahua needed an ultrasound. My vet recommended this place. I have never been here before. When we walked in, they even had a welcome sign with my little girl's name on it. They treated her like gold and gave us great news!! As a bonus, they even gave me a military discount. Very highly recommended!!

I have brought both of my dogs here for various reasons, recently. They are thorough with exams, questions and follow up. Caleb and Sarah(?) at the front desk have been wonderful with checking in with my dogs, seeing how they are doing after their visits. I will continue to bring my pups here.

Just want to say if you have to have a pet euthanized VCA on 4th Street in Kennewick is the best place. From the initial phone conversation with Crystal to the time we walked out of the office each and everyone of these employees were absolutely amazing. Today was our second time having to make this decision and both times they made it an easier one. Thank s to all and I am also sorry you have to go through this but so greatful you are there. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I’m extremely disappointed and disgusted with the way VCA Vineyard Animal Hospital handled my cat’s urgent health issue. My cat, who was clearly showing signs of a UTI, was denied care because staff read in his file that he "might be aggressive." Rather than taking the time to assess him in person, or using proper handling procedures like any real veterinary professional would, they chose the lazy route and refused to see him even knowing he was in pain and needed help. I am absolutely appalled by the lack of compassion and professionalism shown by this clinic. They chose to turn him away without even trying. Let’s be clear: my cat was in visible distress and needed medical attention. The clinic staff showed zero empathy and prioritized convenience over the well-being of a sick animal. If your pet has any history that might be considered "complicated," don’t expect this place to lift a finger to help. They’d rather read a file than look your suffering pet in the eye. This is not how a veterinary clinic should operate. It’s unacceptable to abandon animals who need help, especially when you’re fully capable of managing them with the right care and caution. I am deeply disappointed and would never recommend this clinic to any loving pet owner. If your animal’s health matters to you, go somewhere else. PERIODT
