Tails of KC Animal Hospital

We love Dr. Lazenby! He is gentle and kind with our semi-spicy cat, Jasper. We were with him before he opened this practice and didn’t think twice before following him to Tails of KC! The building is beautiful and Jasper loves to birdwatch in the windows.

Doctor Lazenby, the vet techs, and entire staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Vet tech Megan was especially informative and helpful. She took time to answer any questions and made me feel at ease. I have two large dogs and one small dog, and they did an amazing job with all three. You can tell they truly care about the animals and take their time to make them feel relaxed. The clinic is very clean and well organized, which made me feel even more confident in the care they provide. We’re so happy we found this place!

Tales of KC Animal Hospital was absolutely phenomenal! They took their time with my dog and performed a thorough, complete examination. I never felt rushed, and all of my questions were answered thoughtfully. The doctor was incredibly personable, and the entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The facility is clean and well maintained. I couldn’t recommend them more truly top-notch care! If you love your dogs like I do you’ll want to bring them here too!

We followed Dr Lazenby to his new practice because we've never had a vet spend as much time examining and discussing our concerns. Dr Lazenby is patient, kind, professional, and genuinely cares about the well being of our cat. His staff is highly competent and friendly, and the office is very modern and clean. Our cat Mister enjoyed looking out the huge floor to ceiling windows and didn't seem to be as stressed out as he usually acts at the vet!

I rarely see a veterinarian who cares so deeply about both the pets and the pet owners. Dr. Lazenby’s compassion towards people and living creatures really shows how much he was meant to be in veterinary medicine. The care, patience, and respect he gives the animals and also to his staff will show how excited I am witness this new hospital and the amazing service they’ll provide for our town

We had a great experience taking our dog to see Dr. Lazenby yesterday. He was very thorough and made sure that Poppy was comfortable and all of our questions were answered. Poppy is usually a nervous wreck at the vet, but Dr. Lazenby helped keep her calm with lots of treats and she enjoyed bird watching out the windows!

I brought my puppy here due to a reaction she had post getting spayed & they took the absolute best care of my girl! The front desk ladies were so so sweet & the doctor was kind, patient & explained her issues very thoroughly. They are also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
