Dr. Sims and her team took great care of Rollee. Everyone was kind, helpful, and made us feel at ease. Scheduling was easy, and the hours were convenient. I also appreciated that the cost was reasonable. You can tell they really care about the animals they see. Highly recommend Picture Hills Pet Hospital.

5 ⭐️ Is an understatement. Found a beautiful wild dog in traffic. Employees from this pet hospital near where I found the dog got word of the search for trying to rescue this girl. They stopped everything they were doing and committed hours searching for this dog in the hot sun. When we were able to capture the beautiful dog, they allowed me to bring her into their business. They supplied her with water, dog treats, they checked her for a chip, weighed her, And were able to say the dog did not appear to be abused that instead it appeared that she had lupus. The peace of mind I had knowing that is immeasurable. Every member of the staff was so kind and generous. I was given a leash, phone numbers, resources and shown so much kindness and so was this Beautiful dog. I highly recommend this business. They clearly are doing what they love whether it is for money or free. What an amazing staff and business.. Thank you Picture Hills Staff 🙏 They treated this beautiful girl like ROYALTY & me like a loyal long time customer. AMAZING 🤩

My dog has always been terrified of the vet, she's had not so great experiences from the beginning.. when we moved and started coming here several years ago, the staff was patient and incredibly kind with her, enough so that now she isn't afraid to go in for appointments anymore. They certainly eased my anxiety and fears of her getting hurt again at a vets office as well. Everyone genuinely cares about her well-being and in my dog's 13 years of going to many different vets, Picture Hills brings something to the table better than any of the other offices that we've been to. I can't describe how much I appreciate everything that they have done for my old lady fur baby. UPDATE: I will never be back due to the way I was treated during the last weeks of my dogs life.

I just recently moved to KC and did not have a vet for my chihuahua yet! He was having awful GI issues all night and I called and they immediately got me in - even though they had a full schedule! Everyone was amazing to my little Bear and they are still continuing to check in on us! I couldn’t recommend them more!

Picture Hills Pet Hospital immediately stepped without hesitation to provide the care my dog needed given his health circumstances. At no point did I feel judged or pressured into making decisions about his treatment regarding my budget or situation. Their entire team treated us with genuine warmth, compassion, and empathy, all while maintaining the highest level of professionalism. They guided me through every step of his care, ensuring I felt supported, heard and informed throughout the entire process. Their dedicated team and the outstanding care they provide to animals truly speak for themselves and go far beyond recognition. I am beyond grateful for the love and care Apollo and I received during our visit. I would wholeheartedly recommend their staff and organization to anyone looking for a veterinary team who truly cares about your animal and the owner as a whole. They definitely were an answered prayer and blessing to us.

Picture Hills Pet Hospital was able to get me in the same day I called and get my dog an allergy shot thus relieving her scratching and head shaking. They were awesome!!

The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and the care they provide is excellent. The doctor is straightforward and doesn't pressure you into treatments or costs you're not expecting, which makes visits feel comfortable and honest. It's also an affordable place to take your pets, and you can tell they genuinely care about both the animals and their owners.
