This place has been amazing to us and our fur baby Rowdy, they were the ones that diagnosed him with diabetes when we saw he was declining, they had him start on insulin twice a day, because of them we were able to keep him somewhat healthy for about 2 to 3 years, but then he started declining even worse… most days he was good, but here lately I would wake up to him pretty much looking like he was having a seizure…it broke my heart seeing him like that, so my husband, son, and I decided we couldn’t stand his suffering like this…and although it was the hardest thing we had to do (I have never seen my husband and especially my son cry this much), they are usually emotionless (not that they don’t care, but they just don’t like to cry in front of people. Two weeks ago we had to put our beloved Rowdy down, and this is where we went, they were so accommodating and remorseful, they did everything so right and even sent us a condolence card where they all signed it! I suggest to you all to go them for your beloved fur babies!!
They took very good care in helping me and my family let go and find crematory services for my 15 year old baby. Kind and gentle. But there is a note of racism with one of the receptionist having a problem with Mexicans
We have a new kitten. They have given her all her shots and spayed her for us. They have been our vet for many years for several cats.
We received an email reminder that our dog, Lulu was due for a shot. Made a tech appointment. Went in and checked her in. I took her over to the scale and weighed her and went to sit down, Just as I sat down, the tech came out and administered the shot right there. Very quick, in and out in 10 minutes. Cost was less than I expected, less that $30. Nice Job Added 11/20/24 - our sweet little Brittany became sick in July/2024. Kidney failure. We asked Dr. Harman euthanize her before she suffered. It was very peaceful and no pain or suffering. (other than with us). I could tell it was a part of being a vet that she wished did not need to be done. They all had compassion for what had to be done and were very helpful. My wife told me after we left - Dr Harman had a tear in her eye. So did we.
Price. They are wonderful with my pets. The 2 stars is due to a charge for NexcarePlus. $261.00 for flea, tick and heartworm all in one tab. My husband took our dog and of course didn't ask. I wnt to several websites to check prices. The most expensive was 78.00. 261. Seems like a gross uncharge. Buy your heartworm med somewhere else
Very caring about the sensitivity and love we have for our animals, are very well spoken and are very loving when dealing with putting a beloved furry friend that's been around for a long time down.. my kitty Tank.. was very special, had down syndrome. He confined himself to a bench in our garage.. he had everything he needed up there, he adored love and attention, would just go crazy if he was off his beloved bench, he passed away a day before my birthday I believe, and he was purring, peaceful, they are always so kind, so loving. I adore this place as they make their prices reasonable, and they even hold your loved pets how you would... and it really meant a lot as, well.. as I said, Tank was very.. very special.💞
We just got fired as a client after 20 years because our dog has a dermatitis and the new receptionist said that the primary vet there is now only for vaccinations. When we asked her what good is a primary vet if they are only for vaccinations? She said that she was done with the conversation and that she was firing us as clients. She will be speaking with her manager to discontinue us as clients, then hung up on us. I would understand *that* treatment if I had used curse words or raised my voice, but I only asked a question that seems quite simple to ask. A dermatitis is something simple that would have in the past been a simple office visit, and a prescription of a antibiotics not the added stress of finding a new vet to get my pet in before my shift at work
