I can not say enough about the kindness of the staff the time they took with me and our dog, Coco. Dr Corbett has gone above and beyond expectations, so much I have decided to make this our primary care for our dog even though we have one across the street from our home. Truly wonderful experience! Thank you! Gracias!

PSA: Louisville has a big immigrant population. If you or someone you know isn’t a fluent English speaker then please avoid this location if you do not want to be taken advantage of! My mother went here for her first visit and I signed her up for Banfield’s complimentary first exam. The coupon clearly states nothing about needing to present it at the time of service. After the appointment, staff didn’t stop her at checkout or tell her she had an unpaid balance. Because of this, and because her English is limited, she assumed the coupon had been applied. Later, she received a voicemail saying she owed money. When I called to pay the very next day as soon as I was made aware and asked them to apply the complimentary exam we signed up for, the clinic refused and said it was "too late," even though they never checked her out or explained anything to her. They claim the coupon cannot be applied since it was not presented at the time of visit. Mind you, this is NOT stated anywhere on the coupon. The way this was handled feels extremely unfair and seems to take advantage of clients who aren’t fluent in English. I would warn others to be careful and make sure everything is clearly explained at checkout, especially if you’re bringing someone who may face language barriers. Better yet, avoid this location.

My dogs have been going to Banfield for over 15 years now, I personally love the Stoneybrook location! I just took my new 4 lb chihuahua puppy today and the process was seamless. I got her signed to for her wellness plan and am very happy with everything!! The staff is amazing, the manager India is so helpful and all of the other employees I encounter when I’m visiting with my dog or calling on the phone! I highly recommend Banfield Pet Hospital!!

This place gave me the most incredible experience with getting information about their programs and staff. I wanted to pick the best place for my fur baby and I think I have found the one. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind and truly made me feel like this is where I belong. Also shout out to Avery for helping me make my decision she is one of the best parts of your staff ( give her a raise!)

Ok my fur bby has been with this location for 2 yrs... We have always had a wonderful experience but today is going very bad.. Unpleasant receptionist! She really needs to be trained about customer service with a smile!! Next the long wait to drop her off for a scheduled appointment.. Always when we walk in we see numerous bbys names to seen.. I think they are taking on too many in one day. Remember some of our bbys are our support! Yes I want her treated well and with time/care but 10:15 drop off and it going on 4pm.. Lets be more understanding!

Took my 8 year old kitty here for the first time today and had a great experience. The receptionist was very kind and every vet I spoke to was kind, thorough and understanding. I got an appointment quickly. When I was nervous about leaving my kitty there for her appointment, they assured me that she would be comfortable and in an area with no dogs so she would be calmer. They even had a TV to play cat TV for your babies while they're staying. Heavily recommend and will return in the future, thank you so much for taking good care of my Ella 💖
