Pottsburg Creek Animal Clinic

We love Pottsburg! The entire team is endlessly patient and genuinely kind. We've worked with both Dr. Berry and Dr. Frost over the past 5 or so years; both have been wonderful with our 80+ pound lab mix. It's easy to get an appointment and they're great at responding to our questions whether in person, over the phone, or through the app. We trust them with our boy completely!

Everyone was so friendly and helpful and kind! The office was clean, modern and pleasant. We had a complicated situation to deal with and everybody handled it incredibly well and I am so appreciative! I would definitely encourage anyone who is looking for a new veterinarian to give them a try. (I got care for a two-year-old female Belgian Malinois service dog.)

Great clinic! We have taken three of our pets here now and all have received top-notch care from knowledge and caring staff. Dr. Frost is so helpful and really takes the time to explain diagnostics and benefits/risks based on experience and current literature. Reception staff was so courteous and welcoming. Lovely place for the lifetime care of our pets and well worth the extra travel time.

My boyfriend has been taking his cats to Pottsburg Creek vet for decades so when I needed to get my dog some meds, I went there too. They charged me $144 for a months supply of carprofen. It was $2.40 PER pill. These pills cost $.78 through Chewy.com. That is 307% higher cost. When I asked Pottsburg about it, they told me that they didn't feel like we were a good fit for their clinic and we should go somewhere else. So word to the community, go somewhere else before you are charged $144 for dog aspirin. See my email below.

I can't recommend Pottsburg Creek Animal Clinic enough. From the minute we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and professional. Dr Frost is very knowledgeable and has a genuine passion for animal care. They took the time to thoroughly examine my dog, explain everything in detail, and answer all my questions. Highly recommend!
