BluePearl Pet Hospital

Our boy stayed here for 3.5 days for a urinary blockage and cystotomy. The staff all knew him by name and could give us 24/7 updates off the top of their heads. His vet did VERY detailed calls home that covered all of the medical details as well as assured us that Tyler was acting like his goofy self. He was clearly very comfortable with them and had no problem going back with staff after I visited him on day 2 (LOL). We were offered discounted services which was a godsend as a college student who had no warning that my baby would need an emergency surgery. His surgeon was also super attentive and gave amazing updates and informed care, and a few days later his incisions look great! I really can’t put into words how much I appreciate this staff and how secure I felt having them save my baby’s life. Thank you guys so much! We are ~45 minutes away and it was worth the drive every time.

We recently experienced a doggy emergency and brought our pup to this pet hospital. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly kind and got us into a room right away. They were attentive, compassionate, and kept me informed the entire time while my dog was being examined in the back. She stayed overnight for observation, and I was so relieved to wake up to a thoughtful text update from the nursing staff letting me know she was feeling better. Our precious little girl was able to come home the very next evening. We are extremely satisfied with the care she received and truly grateful for the tender love and attention shown by the entire team. I can’t thank them enough for taking such wonderful care of our dog during a stressful time

Blue Pearl is the only emergency vet i will ever go to. They treated my baby so well and got us in so fast after she ripped her stitches and her wound site open. They got us straight into a room as soon as we arrived, and explained everything to us as many times as we needed. The front desk staff, nurses, and Dr. were amazing. I highly recommend this vet.

When you’re worried about your dog, that first interaction means everything and they immediately made me feel like Otis was in caring hands. From check-in to the exam room and throughout the entire visit, every single person we encountered was compassionate, professional, and attentive. They explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and treated my dog with such gentleness and respect. You can truly tell they care about both the pets and the pet parents. The ER/ICU docs were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and caring. They talked me through every complex procedure with my golden retriever, understanding how emotional the process can be for owners. I could leave my pup overnight comforted that she would be well-loved by the technicians who were monitoring her recovery. They even thought to text me pictures throughout the night, which I was so thankful for. They allowed me to visit and spend as much time as possible there during the 3 days of surgery and recovery. I can’t thank them enough for saving my girl’s life. Highly recommend to anyone whose pet needs emergent care.

The BluePearl is a fantastic emergency vet. We received great service when we took our 13 year old mini schnauzer in for help. We thought she had a stroke. The vet tech was very engaging with Rylee and very thorough collecting all the information. Dr. Corrales was very caring, ran labs and took x-rays. She went over her findings and thoughts of a care plan. Overall staff was very interactive with us and our pet. We received a diagnosis and medication. The only part of the visit was the long wait time due to all the emergencies coming in the door with some needing critical care.

We had a situation with our cat Oscar yesterday where we were referred to Blue Pearl for further testing. I cannot say enough good things about the entire experience. We were dealing with an end of life situation and everyone from Sonleigh at intake, our nurse Gustavo, Dr. Corrales and oncologist Dr. Mendez were extremely professional with a comforting touch. I love good communication and appreciated how everyone in different departments were on the same page and communicated their understanding back to us along the way. Until yesterday, I thought this ER vet was not there anymore. But now, if we are ever in need of emergency vet services again, we will go to Blue Pearl. ALL ER vets are expensive, but I can say they were also ‘less’ expensive than other area ER vets and we appreciated that as well. Do not hesitate to take your babies to Blue Pearl.
